Todo genial

Ubicación perfecta. Cocina equipada con menaje y platos. Material de limpieza disponible. Baño limpio y con secador de pelo. Apartamento grande y con terraza.

El apartamento con terraza puede no ser tan íntimo al compartir jardín con los demás.

Very good

Great stay, a walk from the bars and a beach.

Facilities in the kitchen could be better, maybe salt, sugar or oil. Nothing apart from cleaning products.

Quiet and relaxed stay

Very nice swimming pool and very quiet place and neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our time at the pool. At 5 min walking distance there is a nice beach. 10 min by car to Ciutadella, or 25 min by bus. The staff was friendly and helpfull!

There was no airconditioning and the room got very hot during the day and in the evening. The sleeping couch was not very comfortable. On the last night there was a cockroach in the bed. The water in the swimming pool was too hot for our liking.

Should have saved my money elsewhere

Location of the stay is close to a beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of off street parking. Clean room upon arrival.

Almost no service at all. My room was being occupied by someone and it was already 1am when we arrived. Luckily we found a empty room by coincidence, the key was just left on the table. Theres never anybody at the reception. Towels said to be changed in 3 days but never happen. Waited 2 days to get a hairdryer cause reception on Sunday is closed.

The apartments are well located close to market, restaurants and bars. In short distance you can reach nice places such as Pont d'en gil and Cala en brut. It has lot of parking spaces. The appartments are situated around the swimming pool. The accomodation was clean, comfortable, airconditioned with nice furniture. The host was nice, we were littlebit late, but she contacted us and left the keys for us in apartment. Thank you again for stay!

We liked everything, but there are some recommandation 🙃 *more dishes for cooking *cutting board can make the cooking also easier *the couch seems that it has seen a lot of guests, maybe a new one will make the stay more comfortable * more shelves, because for 3 people it was not enough These things can make a stay much more better, but we were satisfied and we had lovely vacation!

great island, not the best apartment choice, needs updating

Location of Apartment is a nice 10 minute walk from the main street in town with all the restaurants. The pool was very nice and chairs. When asked for a hair dryer they provided one. This is a place that is good if you have a car with easy parking, there is a grocery store less than 5 minute walking, there is a beach located very close and the other beaches in this area were all very close.

apartment did not look like pictures at all. the sun was directly on either side of the room in evening and morning, the Wi-Fi was not good and did not work in apartment, only on balcony. The Kitchen did not come with any supplies other than a pan , no dishwashing liquid, no salt or pepper, a few basic items would have been nice. No cleaning or towels except on 4th day, this can be a problem for some. The TV was very small (13inch), there were not any outlets in the living room, and only a few in the bedroom. These days people need to charge items and it was tough.

Definitely come back for another vacation with such great staff and place.

Nice inner view and very clean rooms.

The wifi is sometimes hard to connect inside our room as I suppose there is only one wifi in our side of apartments, but worked perfectly well once connected.

nice location air conditioning was good. pool is clean

reception rarely open when it is. no one is in attendance. Had to request clean towels 4 days in although this was difficult due to no one at reception. sheets not changed once during our stay. rude cleaning staff came in looking for rubbish shouting at us in Spanish. overall poor experience

Beautiful, chill, quiet place right by the beach but away from the noise

I really wanted a quiet and comfortable stay. The pol and the facilities were spotless and so peaceful. It also kind of looked straight out of a Hockney painting. I could swim and lounge all day on the hammock or sun loungers. The rest of the guests were also very respectful so there was a great vibe overall, perfect if you want to decompress. The Cala n'Forcat beach was literally down the road, about a 2min walk, a supermarket up the road and there was plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The apartment itself was clearly refurbed recently and was extremely clean. Also, travelling alone as a woman, it felt very safe, and I'd happily wander back from a restaurant without every feeling uncomfortable. Would absolutely book again!

There wasn't anything, really. The patio that's pictured is not what's provided, there's a patio with some plastic chairs and a table (but none of the apartments had the sofas and lights, it's not a big deal at all).

Very good

Close walk to the water, the area is beautiful. Very relaxing place. Friendly staff! There is a place you can park, just on the street outside.

Oven was a bit slow, the place could do with a bit more attention.

Horrible, don't waste your money here.

Completely nothing

Everything, owner is not responding the phone,rooms are dirty. Reception closed. Don't come here. I was three for one night and its enough. Look at the photo from bathroom.

Too expensive for what i was.

The pool was good. The hotel has an access to the nearest Cala, and you can go through there. There was a refrigerator in the apartment, which was good to keep beverages. It also has a balcony with two chairs and a table.

It was too hot for august. There was a fan, but only in the room. The rooms and apartments look old, and it was too expensive for what it was. Also, there was no vigilance at night and people stayed at the pool until morning and kept screaming and partying.

Very poor condition and unhelpful.

The room was in a poor state, the front door had a slit in it about half a centimeter wide, at eye level. You can look into and out of the apartment. There was no air conditioning or washing machine but we should have checked first. The WiFi did not work. The initial reply to our concerns was dismissive. There was no reply to our request for the WiFi to be fixed.
