Stunning relaxed hideaway close to the beach and anything else you'd want.

The room was exactly as described and so very comfortable. The staff were friendly and supportive, breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and different each day. Stunning hotel. Very close to amenities and the beach.

I highly recommend this hotel for the price point of around $60 Australian. Great location, very clean and as per usual

Very friendly staff, fantastic location, clean and the poor to bar situation was on point!

It’s a little tired and the decor needs a make over to bring it up to contemporary standards.

Brilliant hotel.

One of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Want to go back again was amazing hotel

The pool was in shade for a lot of the day and would have been better in sun but other than that that minor inconvenience haha was an amazing hotel

Not something I would book to stay several nights

Convenient location and friendly staff

Facilities are nothing special. Room design is boring and not very cozy. Also the “view” from the balcony facing a lifeless looking backyard pool is disappointing.

Ужасный отель!!!

Из плюсов - хорошее расположение. Пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы, рядом много ресторанов и баров.

Номера: В номерах запах сырости, кондиционер работает периодически (то мерзнешь (при +23), то духота и высокая влажности при +17). В номере и ванной комнате темно (вечером собираешь практически в слепую), отсутствует зеркало во весь рост. В шкафу присутствует неприятный запах, через пару дней вещи пахнут аналогично. !!! 50% времени отсутствовала горячая вода, персонал ничего не может сделать. Постельное белье меняют, но часто можно найти пятна. Жуткая звукоизоляция, слышно все, что происходит в коридоре и соседнем номере. Утюг с грязной подошвой, гладить белые и деликатные вещи опасно. Территория и сам отель. Уставшее здание, на стенах плесень, капает с потолка вода; бассейн не больной, лежаков мало, солнца практически нет. Ужасные пляжные полотенца (все в пятнах, нитках и так далее), стыдно брать на пляж.

Ottima posizione struttura molto bella

La struttura è molto bella in posizione comoda a 2 passi dalla spiaggia. Lo staff è cordiale. Ristorante si mangia bene lo staff ci hanno molto aiutato con le bambine

Che il ristorante bisognava pagarlo solo con soldi cash ed ogni volta ero costretto ad andare a prelevare e gli ATM indonesiani non sono validi perche molte volte non erogano soldi e mi sono trovato con soldi addebitati in banca senza aver ricevuto il contante ma questo non è un problema dell’albergo ma mi ha causato molti problemi perché appunto dovevo andare a prelevare perché impossibilitato di pagare con carta ma il ristorante e staff eccezionali

No fuss, clean, spacious, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Good air flow throughout the hotel.

These are not major dislikes but if the weather had been warmer the swimming pool was a bit too small for more than a handful of people and it needed to be cleaner.

it was a nice stay for what I needed it for . good value for money

I booked for junior suite that included breakfast however for some reason on the hotel system my breakfast was not included . there was a little bit of a faff about this but eventually sorted it out. I would also assume if you booked one of the better rooms , it would include the breakfast . they later told me it did . I didn’t like the room very much . it didn’t have a tall length mirror anywhere . the only mirror was the one in the bathroom and very far away from any natural light . i think adding in a fall length mirror would be good .

wish i had more time to explore the communal facilities but was a fantastic overnight stop

great location handy to shopping and the beach bars. great value for money

only small issue was the shower only having an overhead rose and not an on the wall shower head option. Also the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain.

Perfect! Would definitely book here again.

We were so surprised at how big the room was, the only thing missing would be a nice couch but other than that, everything was perfect. Facilities were top notched (especially loved the rain shower head and the slippers). We only stayed for one night but wish we could've stayed longer!

Hope you could provide adapters for every room.

Well designed property that was located near excellent cafes, restaurants and the beach.

We opted for the twin room that was facing the main road - soundproofing was non-existent throughout the entire day. Horns, motorcycle vrooms and sirens were audible throughout the night. Probably not a good idea for light sleepers. Tried to ask for a change of room facing the pool but was told only queen beds available and would require a 200000 idr surcharge.

Great location, close to beach but also to town centre. Really thoughtful staff and the comfiest bed!

The breakfast was not great considering the cost. I found it odd that they charged extra for ordering lattes etc. the free coffee available was not drinkable. Again my comment is considering the cost of breakfast, if it was cheaper, I’d have had lower expectations for it and been fine.

Good value rooms.

Bed extremely comfortable in a good sized room. Location is relative to one's needs but this hotel is in a quieter spot with easy and abundent access to passing transport if needed. Plenty of good cafes and eateries nearby at local prices.

The juliet balconies are pretty useless. Not wide enough for seating or tables with most room balconies in shade for all or most of the day. Swmming pool was always in shadow, either from building or large tree. The pool had no steps or stairs for entry or exit. There was an undulating lower edge. This would be difficult to navigate for many older people. I struggled to exit the pool without q step or rail. There was no directory on services. I didn't know for 3 days that there was a small library, no information on tv channel availability without scrolling through each individually. Also embedded into the decorative room numbers were wheels to indicate whether room needed to be made up or not. Took me 3 days to discover this also. Little things that a simple welcome page could provide. Not all staff spoke English well to ask more complicated questions. Room didn't have a chair just a stool.

The pool is splendid, the room spacious and clean. The breakfast à la carte was delicious. We lost the key of our luggage lock and the staff was very responsive. 10min later the luggage was open.

One day we got breakfast buffet and the food was quite oily.
