La vue magnifique sur la ville splendide de riche histoire.

Un emplacement extrêmement pratique.Quasiment tout à pied. Équipement assez complet, récent. Un grand lit et deux canapés convertibles dans le séjour et un autre grand lit niché dans une sorte de véranda un peu serré. La vue magnifique sur la ville splendide de riche histoire. L’accueil très chaleureux avec des petits gestes de bienvenue; grandes bouteilles d’eau minérale et gazeuse fraîche dans le frigidaire, café, serviettes, etc.

Malgré la présence d’une petite climatisation murale, il faisait très chaud dans l’appartement qui se trouve au dernier, sixième étage d’immeuble. On été obligés d’ouvrir les fenêtres dans la nuit pour évacuer chaleur, le résultat pas mal du bruit de la circulation.

Wonderful

The house was very comfortable and spacious. It was incredibly suitable for large families, as 9 adults and 1 baby could easily stay there. It is centrally located and has parking. The house has a wonderful panoramic view. The host is very helpful and kind. Someone had broken the wiper of the car we had rented. We asked for his help and he not only called the police for us but also stayed with us throughout the process. Thanks to his pleasant conversation, sincerity, and helpfulness, my family and I had a wonderful holiday.

Konum çok iyi. Oda pırıl pırıl. Harika manzarası var. Binanın dışı da dikkat çekici şekilde renkli. Hemen bina girişinde, nehir kenarında bir bar olması çok güzel. Sadece odada su, çay, kahve gibi herhangi bir ikram olabilirdi. Location is very good. The room is spotless. It has a wonderful view. The exterior of the building is also strikingly colorful. It's nice to have a bar right at the entrance of the building, by the river.

In the room couldn't there be any refreshments such as water, tea, coffee.

Terrific location and lovely space

Fantastic location easily walkable ro historic sites and cable car. The apartment has lots of natural light and space. The wifi was fast and reliable, so we could do video calls for work when needed.

A few things didn't work well, such as a broken door handle, leaking window, blocked shower drain, and temporarily non-functioning elevators, but we still had a great stay, and it was an excellent value.

The only problem was the parking. It was impossible for our car size, but they gave us another solution immediately (we parked in a more comfortable place 500 meters from the apartment)

Superb

Large cozy appartment in the famous parrot building which aged well. Friendly communication with the host which picked us up at the underground garage parking which is a big bonus. Great view over the city from the trerrace.

Exceptional

The main thing I liked is the excellent location which is very near to the old city and you can find everything around you. The host was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The apartment is very nice with the big window. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Suitable for families and large number of people. Definitely worth it to stay there and it was a pleasant experience overall.

The big window in the living room allows heat to enter, it was late winter for us so that wasn't abig issue but it would be better if the air conditioner was working especially in summer or hot days Another thing is the bathroom, the water heater was working sometimes and sometimes not. The bathroom needs some minor renovation.

Amazing views, fabulous location, close to everything. The flat is really nice and has everything you need.

It would have been perfect if the first night was in the flat and not in a different location, which meant changing plans to move again after the first day we arrived.. However the staff was really helpful and booked us a taxi at 4.30 in the morning.

.The penthouse was exceptional experience, the natural lighting in the living area and the bedrooms were amazing, the place was clean and contained all means of comfort. The location is excellent, walking distance to all outlets. The host Amer is a gentleman who goes the extra miles to make your stay comfortable. I strongly recommend the place

DISASTER

Nothing.

This so called penthouse is a studio located in a very strange building with very very dangerous parking. And they have partition in the studio with beds there but that is totally useless as the windows in that partition does not have any blind or black out curtains so it will be super bright as early as 4:45 am in summer. The apartment is equipped with cheap low quality appliances. Internet is the slowest in the world. It's way overpriced. 60 euro a night is a bit of rip off. I would say 20 euro should be the max because its more like a cheap hostel apartment and I used to stay places near Latin bridge with 30 euro price and apartments were 1000 times better. Location and view are the only good things about this apartment other than that it's just a disaster. Elevator are very very unsafe too. Avoid it by all means so you don't regret it later , like I did.

Review for replacement apartment (same host).

This replacement apartment is recently renivated, very nice, clean and warm (was -8 to -15 outside), in close proximity to original one (so location was nice as well).

It wasn't apartment we booked, but similar sized one in same street few blocks away.

Great location and customer service

Perfect location, the lady who handed us the keys was super helpful we loved dealing with her, she gave us recommendations we to visit and where to eat, and for the transportation where to go. The apartment was spacious and very clean and organized. There was instructions on how to use the washing machine in English which was a big relief. The WI fi very strong and if you sill feel cold they have provided 2 more heaters which was fantastic. Thank you so much and definitely I would like to book the same apartment in my next visit. Also we asked if we can postpone the check out and they happily agreed.
