Lovely, characterful house with loads of period charm. Hosted by ultra friendly couple. Could not have stayed in a better location. Will certainly return. Highly recommended 👌

Our stay at Robert and Maryka was simply wonderful. Their B&B is located in a centuries old building which they renovated with respect to its history. You’ll have a peak into the past while you walk around. The garden and pool are also stunning; very well kept, with fruits to taste and cats to pet.
Our apartment didn’t let down. The beds were very comfortable, it was tidy, and clean. We had everything we needed and more. They provided fans for the heat and all the essentials were there. The fridge was filled with yoghurt, milk, water and even a bottle of rosé wine. There were also oats, granola, eggs, coffee and tea and chocolates.
Rob and Maryka were very kind and thoughtful hosts. They made sure we were okay, wanted to help wherever they could and always down for a quick chat. Cyclists can get the best tips for routes from Rob, and he has a garage with all the essentials you’ll need should your bike need a little fix.
We were only sorry that our time was limited; we would’ve stayed longer if possible and we’ll definitely keep this place in the back of our heads. Definitely recommended!

A gorgeous old stately home with authentic touches, modern comforts and a tranquil garden.
Rob & Maryke are INCREDIBLE warm and accommodating hosts who took care of us really well. We arrived to a fridge stocked with the basics.
We loved our lunches & suppers on the terrace overlooking the garden. A tranquil oasis after a day out.
If the weather is hot and you need to keep the windows open, some traffic noise is unavoidable. We stayed in a street facing apartment. The other apartments open to the lovely garden.

Rob and Maryka’s openness and loving interaction ensured that we had an unforgettable stay at the Mont Ventoux. It is a trip we will never forget. We will definitely come back!

The personal touch of Maryka and Rob that can be found in the breakfast (delicious French toast, lovely homemade jam), but also in the care of stalling our bikes and car! More than perfect!

This warm bed and breakfast is located in the center of Malaucène. Once you enter this beautiful building you're overwhelmed with a feeling of calmness. High ceilings, big rooms, a terras where you can enjoy breakfast while looking over the garden, a swimming pool, a place to sit in the shade, etc. are just some of the elements we found appealing.
Rob and Maryka, speaking both French and English, are wonderful hosts who make sure you have everything you need. Breakfast/brunch is - again - perfect, the rooms are (very) clean .. it's actually a bit like coming home.
We visited Maison Sule with our 9-year-old daughter, and she didn't want to leave! :)
Oh .. and all measures are taken with respect to COVID19.

The hosts are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help make your visit wonderful. Breakfast was a feast. Our absolute favourite was the French toast. There is an abundance of fresh croissant, breads, cheeses, home made jams, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fresh coffee or tea... Not knowing what to choose we consistently sampled a bit of everything so I'm now back down the gym working it all off. The apartment was spacious, the bed's extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and the garden is beautiful. The pool in the summer heat was welcomed daily. Maison Sule can accommodate 15 guests throughout (if I have remembered correctly) and there is plenty of space for all guests in the big garden and throughout the Maison. If preferring time alone it is still possible to find a space that is private. Malaucene has some wonderful attractions nearby. It's a cyclists haven (although we aren't cyclists) we saw many riding up Mont Ventoux and all about the area. There are also plenty of places to walk. In the L'Ardeche region their are caves which provide tours in various languages at different times of the day. However, one of our favourite walks was in a river, 'Toulourenc' through the gorges. Hint: Make sure you wear trainers if you take that walk you'll need stability due to the stones. Maryka and Rob are wonderful people we were happy we found this accommodation. The attached photos are of Toulourenc, Mont Ventoux (top of) and L'Ardeche caves.
