The price for the room for 1 night was a bit steep

Lovely friendly staff. Comfortable room with lots of facilities (fridge, microwave, tv) and very clean room. Excellent value for money. Perfect for what we needed.
There's a loose floorboard in the bathroom and the noise travels easily.

we did not have breakfast. the place was easy to get to. Did not have to travel far from station. staff were very helpful.
can bring food to warm using microwave, so that was excellent.
may be garden made to look nice so guests can eat and chill in garden. it would be nice to have furniture in the front garden and have tea etc.

The staff were nice, friendly.
The room was awful. The room was freezing cold, dirty and generally just unloved and uncared for. The bathroom was awful! It stank of stale urine and was housed in what I can only assume used to be a cupboard. I actually measured the bathroom, it 790mm x 1900mm so I could sit on the loo, clean my teeth in the sink and wash my feet in the shower, all at the same time!
The sink was pock marked and looked filthy. There was barely any hot water in the taps.
The shower was warm enough but I didn't feel clean in it.
I'm not sure what the breakfast was like as I decided against it.
I barely had any sleep with other guests being completely disrespectful (especially unruly children running around/shouting) doors slamming etc.

Warm room comfortable bed , location, nice house, easy safe parking, friendly staff
Room was dark and cramped, there was a microwave on the desk so I could write or use books I has brought easily, there was a fridge orc he floor,no easy chair. Decor was odd, dull uninspiring.

The location
The Receptionist took the bins out at 2am which woke me. There were 3 large bins which needed to be filled up with bottles etc. It was very noisy and seemed to go on for ages. Dragging 3 bins backwards and forward across the carpark make a lot of noise. It sounds like someone was breaking into the cars outside. This job should be done before the guests go to sleep.
Also, the toilet doesn't flush very well. There are broken tiles in the bathroom. There is very little space around the bed. The fridge kept me awake also as it kept making noises to re-cool. A silent fridge is better for guests or put the fridge in a cupboard.

The staff were really friendly, helped us with taxi numbers and offered to prebook a taxi for us too. Even advised us of cafes nearby and good pubs to go to.
Beds were really comfy, the rooms were clean.
Was fairly close to where we needed to be too
nothing

Room was spacious and the whole hotel was very clean and well organised. Very nice staff and great breakfast
Minor things. Bed was 2 singles together making a slightly uncomfortable middle section, and shower wasn't too hot, but both very acceptable for the price

We were moved at very short notice from this hotel to a partner hotel (Avis hotel), which made our stay significantly less convenient (it was 20 minutes further away from where we were going. The room looked very tired, and was quite small.
There was no option for breakfast as they were busy, despite asking when we checked in the previous night. The car park was very cramped, which made it difficult for us getting in.

Location, staff and that's about it
Mattress was shocking, if you went near the edge of the bed it collapsed and rolled you out. Tv signal was really bad aswell.breakfast was OK apart from poached eggs that fell apart when you looked at them.

Very convenient for the wedding we attended.
Could do with modernising and a deep clean. It is a Guesthouse rather than a hotel.

The Breakfast was good size for me & very nice thanks
A. The road noise meant i had to sleep with ear plugs.
B. There was a radio on all night which I could hear in the background. As my room was directly above the check in desk I assume it was the night porter.
C. My friends room had a inter connecting door to the adjoining room so all conversations that were in progress could be heard very odd.

Our room had everything we needed was pretty and quirky. Was able to request a slightly later check out (an hour later)
It had a urine/ drain smell coming from the bathroom which travelled into our room. Would also have been nice to have a quilt rather than multiple bedding sheets but maybe it was because we’re in October rather than January. The early checkout being 10am, think standard should be 11:30.
