Absolutely everything. Location, rooms, pool. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is the best in Indonesia. This brand is superb. Consistently fabulous.

Je bent de koning in het roze paradijs

Je waant je in een roze sprookje, waarin het personeel je continue verwend. Wat een geweldig concept! Heerlijke tijd gehad, met heerlijke snacks. Dank aan de gulle en lieve Juita en de vrolijke Nilou. En pak vooral de sunset met live entertainment mee!

Om het hotel heen zit niet veel, maar dat maakt het ook lekker rustig. Ook zwemmen in de zee is lastig.

Perfect stay!!

Alles was perfect! Al het personeel waarvan ik de naam niet weet en Nena waren zo aardig en behulpzaam. In de kamer waren heel veel details en was overal aan gedacht. De kamer werd meerdere keren per dag schoongemaakt en alles was erg schoon. Ook werden er super lekkere koekjes achtergelaten. Iedereen was zo aardig en het ontbijt was ook super lekker!

Очень хорошее обслуживание. Прекрасный интерьер в розово-коралловых цветах. А какая у них ванная комната! И пусть я там блевал от отравления, но это было очень стильно и я кайфанул. Номер имел все необходимые удобства! Сплит холодит хорошо. Неожиданные комплименты в бассейне очень радовали.

Если бы мне дали бесплатный велосипед, то было бы супер. Пришлось искать в другом месте.

Warmest humans, best service- we loved it and know you will, too!

From the moment we arrived at Pink Coco till the very end, we were incredibly impressed by the level of attention and care. The staff was truly the most memorable part of staying here. The sunset with DJ & fire dancer is a must see!

That you couldn't walk out and sit on the beach. But you can rent bikes for a nominal fee a day ($4ish US) to get to the beaches in the south/southeast where the sand is soft and water is delightful.

It’s a nice location, but it is expensive for what you get.

The service was really nice

The WiFi was not working properly, and also for that price you don’t get much. The food are ver small portions for a high price comparing to other places on the island.

A 3 star hotel but more like a 5 star!

Everything about this hotel was amazing from the staff to the decoration. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, the pool is amazing and the attention to detail from the staff was excellent. A 3 star hotel like a 5 star. You get a free turn down service at night, free nibbles by the pool throughout the day, always checking if everything is okay. Yuni, as well as all the staff, were so helpful and friendly.

The rooms weren’t very cosy, and the outdoor bathroom could do with a refresh. Also the company the hotel use for laundry shrunk my clothes so I wouldn’t recommend using them

The beautifully appointed boutique setting made for a relaxing stay

It was a very attractive property in a quiet garden/ pool setting. The rooms rooms were positioned along a thirty meter pool. Having a ground floor pool facing room was perfect. The room was large and the property immaculately kept. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. Staff were lovely.

Atmospheric lighting made it difficult for my husband to shave. But who cares when you’re on holiday! A bit of a walk to main strip and further around to turtle point beach but bikes solve this problem.

A night in paradise!

This whole property had the wow factor, we were greeted early by the management team in the morning of our arrival and left our luggage there while we headed off to do an activity on the island. When we got back we arrived to welcome drinks, which were unreal and a cold towel, which both my partner and I needed as it was a really hot day. The hotel had already transferred our luggage to our room which we weren’t expecting or asking them to do but they just went that extra mile! They reserved us beanbags to watch the fire show and sunset which in itself is a wonderful experience and some great music from the DJ to match. The facilities here are second to none, you have a large room with air conditioning and a fan a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and a spacious bathroom equipped with both towels for the room and for use of the pool and beach.

Hard to speak about any negatives as there really isn’t any, the only thing we could possibly say is that in our room we only had the one mirror in the bathroom above the sink and didn’t have any full body mirror in the room itself.

This hotel has a really nice vibe. Very clean and room smells like a spa all the time. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Located in a quite area if the island but you can get around easily by renting a bicycle for a cheap price. Everyone comes around that area for a great sunset view but beach isn't great for snorkeling ro swimming on that part

everything. The staff, rooms, pool. They were super attentive, room service was twice a day and in the evening they left a little cookie. They had free cookies next to the pool and free fruity water. Everyone was super sweet and helpful.

1) Massage rooms / service must be higher quality comparing the hotel itself. 2) Sunset music and organization was not satisfying, we would expect something cool as everything else in the hotel, David Guetta style music at 19:00 is kind of cheap dj music. why not a bonfire, drummers of the island, more local feelings?

Unique and comfortable resort, with a few improvements could be exceptional

The concept of the Pinkness makes this a unique resort. The pinkness was everywhere in a subtle way from the hotel and room decor down to the coconuts. Large open-air bathroom was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean with housekeeping and turn-down service (with little thoughtful touches like cookies left on your bed in the evening and plenty of toiletries etc). Staff were kind, considerate, and helpful in all respects. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a few options. There is an onsite spa which is lovely. Fairly big swimming pool. The young lady at the reception was very helpful with local information and always took time to chat with me.

Sometimes, in the beach bar, when it was busy, staff forgot about small requests (eg i ordered a pizza, which they brought, but no cutlery or serviettes or chilli sauce that I had requested. By the time these items came, the pizza was cold. Another time, I asked 3 times for a spoon to eat the coconut meat. It took 40 mins and me asking for a 4th time before I received it). While staff are lovely, these little things could be improved to make the guest experience better. Food and drinks in the restaurant were very expensive for the quality of food. Food was ok but not anything special, so it felt overpriced, especially for this island. I was put in a different room to the one I booked. I was told it was an upgrade. The room itself was lovely, but as it was the last room away from reception, the wifi was terrible. As I needed to work a little bit, it was frustrating not being able to access wifi unless I was in the lobby or restaurant. Again, this is something that could easily be improved by adding wifi booster hubs.

Lovley hotel - horses are ill-treated on the island, please do not use the horse and carts

Loved staying at this hotel - it was just a short walk from the port, and the food, staff and location was amazing. The waitor in the resturant Arwen? Unsure how to spell his name but he was great and couldnt do any more for us, he is an assett to your team! The bikes were great to as we hired them from the hotel

I only thing I really hated about this island is how they treat the horses on the island. They are forced to work long hours, carrying heavy carts full of luggage and people, PLEASE BOYCOT THESE! I also read they are given sea water to drink instead of drinking water. The only reason stopping me from returning to Gili T is how workers treat the horses. If tourists stop using the horse and carts, they will have to consider electric methods of transport on the island instead.

Amazing!!!

the location was perfect for us as it was a little out from the main strip so it was nice and quiet. the room was awesome, staff were awesome, can’t fault it at all. loved the nightly turn down service and the cookies on the bed. would highly recommend!!

The bikes could do with some love but would be hard to maintain them when tourists don’t treat them as their own.

Staff is really friendly and Gili T is a great island to explore! We had a great stay here!

I stayed in some other Pinkcoco properties which were more modern. It all needs some renovation. Be aware they advertise as an adults only but there are many children running around.
