Berlino città bellissima. Cercherei una sistemazione diversa

Camera accogliente, caffè e macchina per caffè americano, dotazione di “avvio” presente, cucina pulita e con dotazione sufficiente presenza di lenzuola e biancheria di ricambio

Posizione non comodissima ai mezzi (con le valige 12 min a piedi non apprezzabili) Appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore Doccia in cucina comunicante con il “bagnetto” di servizio, no privacy Costo basso per Berlino ma rapoorto qualità prezzo squilibrato.

Very good

Close to shops and restaurants with menys from all over the world. Staying in an appartment like this makes you feel almost like a Berliner and not a tourist. It's not fancy but that's not what we were looking for. Very genuine!

Nothing, except that many of the nearby restaurants did not serve beer..... That should not be allowed in a beerloving country like Germany. But of course you can't blame Appartments Schillerpark for this.

Fantastic stay

Really spacious apartment, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and in a nice area close to public transport links. Also affordable and great value for money.

We loved our stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Such a beautiful little place! Handy location, very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Everything you need is there and the staff are an absolute delight, very kind and helpful and excellent English which was a bonus for us.

Great accommodation and staff… the apartment was spacious, comfortable, had nice decor and location.

there was a build up of dust on majority of surfaces, the induction cooker isn’t in best condition, shower head and curtain was dirty, the shower head isn’t compatible for staying in holder due to pressure.

The apartment was extremely disappointing as we spent a lot of money and we are now being blamed for things out of our c

The bed was broken before we arrived which was clear as it was taped together using duct tape. It broke many times throughout the night and the cleaner had now tried to blame the damage on us when they obviously knew it had happened prior due to the tape. The shower was also broken so was very hard to use as you had to hold the shower head up. The sheets had blood stained on them and there were only hand towels. There were barely any cleaning and kitchen utensils and the flat lacked basic necessities. Overall it was very poor for the price we paid and the condition of the apartment is now being blamed on us. We did leave the floor unswept but there was little we could use to clean it and we simply left the apartment in the state we received.

Bedroom & Living area where ok. Kitchen area ok

Kettle & Toaster not working had to use a saucepan for a cup of tea. Bathroom not good too small very narrow. The whole place smelt very fusty.

Enjoyed that we stayed in Berlin Mitte in an old Hinterhause. Flat was comfortable enough, clean with basic amenities and several supermarkets in walking distance. Lots of Street food and good access to public transport.

Would have liked to have some soap to wash our hands, a working water kettle and a couple of complimentary teabags and working WiFI.

I would only recommend if on very tight budget.

Apartment was spacious, clean and the staff picked up the phone at late hours. It’s located near public transportation and shops/restaurants.

The entrance of the property is scary and hasn’t been properly maintained. The bathroom was very small and narrow.

Exceptional

The location is very good close to metro and bus stops, super markets, a beautiful park and many places for coffee and food. You need 25min tops to get to all the museums/monuments. The apartment had all the appliances we needed for a weeks stay. Very cozy and comfortable in general. And the hosts were very helpful.

It was a great location for travelling around Berlin. We also like that the WiFi worked rather well in both the places

The main problem was th toilet kept running and despite an email to the front desk, they completely ignored the problem and let the toilet run during the entirety of our stay. We were able to jiggle it to fix it, but that's kinda silly when we paid so much for a "comfortable" accommodation. Despite that, it was quite nice though

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. If you are traveling with a family don’t book here. The full experience: we arrived, there’s no sign or any indication where is the apartment, we called several times to the number they have on Booking but no answer. I called Booking and they called them and after a few minutes someone called me back. I was sure I got scammed and was about to leave the place. To get in took us nearly an hour! There was no baby bed even though I got confirmation before! For the “extra bed” which is open sofa they didn’t have sheets. The bathroom is part of the kitchen. The building is very old and poor looking, no elevator. They left us another set of keys but they were not for this house thankfully one of us stayed in when the other one was out, if we would to take the wrong keys we would have spent the night on the street or God knows what. The apartment is not bed looking but really poor experience with all the rest. We left before 7 in the morning just to get away from the neighborhood!

Very good

It was superb for our kids. The mini-kitchen and the toys provided where used with joy. The big ones had fun watching netflix and wifi-ing around. Two bathrooms made it easy to handle the morning traffic. The staff of primeflats were super gentle and helpful: exceptional online- and telephone-service.

We didn't know it was a basement apartment. That would be better to be listed in the subscription.
