The apartment was charming and comfortable. The scent of flowers in the courtyard is everywhere. The pool was lovely. The location in Monte Falco is perfect -- a short walk to dinner or coffee.
The shower is a little small and it takes a bit of time for the hot water to get hot.

The location was amazing, in the central part of the old town of Montefalco. The property was large, quiet, and nice, with great space to spread out. Natalia, the person who greeted us and showed us to the apartment, was very kind, but spoke little English, which is to be expected when you are visiting small towns in Italy. She spoke some English, we spoke some Italian, and we were able to understand each other just fine. There was a nice courtyard that was shared with the other apartments in the building. Be aware that you will need to carry your luggage up steep cobble roads and steps - not for folks with limited mobility. Parking was about a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment, which for an in-town location is quite good.
The wifi did not work during our entire 4-day stay, which was problematic. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The situation is absolutely ideal to visit Umbria. The apartment is nice, practical and tastefully decorated.
The beds could be somewhat softer.

I was travelling with my brother so it was lovely that we had two bathrooms. We both loved the garden
the sitting room was very compact. I think it could benefit from a smaller dining table and more comfortable seating

Fantastic apartment, very spacious and comfortable on a great location in the historic center of Montefalco. Reception was very friendly and supportive. Great restaurant around the corner (Il Coccernone). Also the central location in Umbria is ideal to visit villages such as Assisi, Perugia, Spello, etcetera.

It was a very welcoming welcome. Good contact with the owner. We liked the location in the heart of Umbria. The appartement was cute/clean and felt like a little bit home. Bathrooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We thank Francesco for the tips in the region. Definitely come back again!

The location in Montefalco was good, there were enough kitchen utensils and the towels and bed linnen were very soft.
The town center is lovely and just up the road, which was great!
The house is quite old and therefore very noisy. We could hear the neighbours when they were at home and also street sounds are very loud. The main bedroom was upstairs, we expected there would be a door but there wasn’t. Our daughter slept in the room beneath it. It was also very noisy and we didn’t feel like we had much privacy. On top of it, the small bed was loud with every turn we made. The house is decorated nicely but is in need of some good maintenance. The light fixture in the bathroom hang loose from te ceiling, there is no AC installed, some tiles (mainly outside) are broken and dangerous for young kids. The sun umbrellas are dirty and with holes in it and need replacement too. The garden/pool (very cold!) overall need maintenance. I can imagine 4 years ago it must have all been very nice but time hasn’t done the place any good. The host didn’t speak any English which wasn’t helpful at all.
Parking is not available in the same street but around te corner or below in the village, the streets are very steep!
