Em no cimo da montanha, com uma vista incrivel. O menü do restaurante incrivel.
Acesso gratuito ás pistas e aos elevadores.
Tem pista pequena para aprendizagem. Adoramos
Pena no quarto não ter televisão , nem espelho e a casa de banho é partilhada por todos os hospedes.

Nice breakfast and friendly staff

Location is epic!
Unfortunately, we did not understand the cable car to the hotel closed at 1700 and had to arrange a cab to the hotel.
4.5
The dinner hall and breakfast area have amazing views. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options. Dinner was also good and we had too much food. The wine menu is very surprising and varied. We were indeed surprised how rich it was for a Lodge.
4.0
Friendliness of staff
Kids' play room, games available
Clean bathrooms
Outdoor playground
Very quiet at night
Breakfast buffet had a fair choice
Few opportunities to hang up clothes in the room
Rooms are very hot, even with window open
Dinner choices a bit limited, especially for kids (very unhealthy kids menu...)
No specific space to hang out during the day other than the restaurant or the kids' playroom
4.5
Great location on the mountains and close to a playground for children and adults and hiking trails. The room (incl. bathroom) is very clean and comfortable. Since the lodge is only accessible by cable car, people will enjoy the very quiet night. The restaurant part has a large playground for kids with books, trains, lego, which makes the meal very enjoyable for the parents. Very child friendly hotel!
The included supper was good but quite basic. Because the windows of the restaurant were open before supper, we were welcomed at our table by at least 20 flies, which made our evening not so enjoyable. It is understandable that we are in the mountains close to cows and nature, but something should be done regarding the flies (use of traps, nets, automatic doors, etc.)

We loved our overnight stay at Berglodge Ristis. the staff were great. The facilities were nice. And the access to kid-friendly entertainment was key. (The playground is awesome and the playroom off the dinning room was a hit.)
We stayed in summer, and our room got really really hot. Because we have two littles who sleep best in the dark, we couldn’t leave the window open all night to let the cool air in… so, if you can leave the window open, it would help a lot.

the property far exceeded our expectations. we had no idea we had to go up via cable car and the kids loved it. so much for them to do, wish we had stayed longer.
not that we minded as we had to eat, but it should explained better about the meals that are to be paid for. Meals were all amazing though.

It’s just great to stay up in the mountains while everybody else has to go down in the evening. The location is awesome, clean, friendly,… definitely worth the money.

The service staff member, Paolo, served us dinner and was an excellent host for the night. We had a lovely stay and my father in particular was really impressed.

Excellent location and lots of things to do. Kids had great fun at the playground and in the playroom during dinner.
The food was a bit too salty at dinner, breakfast was very good!
