Perfect location. About a 20 minute walk to the tube station. Loved the english pub atmosphere. Food and beer on tap was great. Our teenage children loved the duplex rooms. 2 flat sceen TV with multiple channels. Loved the courtyard. Staff were very helpfull and friendly: especially Tina who made us feel at home. Highly recommended.
No complaints at all.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.
Complete non communication either directly or through booking.com. Problem with very smelly shower. Food service atrocious. Breakfast was cooked only and took an hour to arrive. No fruit/cereal/croissant option. Reception slow and confusing - they had bumped lots of rooms (including my disabled Father-in-law and other family who were there for a family wedding) at the last minute allegedly due to a flood but we were told that those rooms had been out of action for months. Tiny rooms in the older section of the pub. Limited parking on the premises. We had booked a family meal.. Food took over an hour and then had to wait ages because they hadn't brought cutlery. Just very disappointing.

i emailed ahead asking if I could have our 2 rooms together as I was travelling with my daughter and granddaughter, and we were very happy to find the rooms were together .
we had to go through the pub for everything checkin and check out .
staff were friendly and helpful .
lovely and clean and everything to a good standard
bonus was the parking , all in all we would definitely stay again.
we had a good stay here
being picky - pillows were hard , marks on curtains in room 12

lovely location, the people working there are so lovely , and the room we had was beautiful
There was virtually no Wi-Fi in our room and the room is situated far back in the building so we couldn’t get a phone signal .
we were there for a family re-union and it was impossible for them to contact us unless we happened to be out .
But that is the only negative

Lovely room
Lack of WiFi and had to stand in car park to make a call

The staff were excellent, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Great location. Spacious room, hotel staff very lovely and helpful.
Food in the restaurant was not too great. Steak was served lukewarm.

The location is good as it is in the centre of East Dulwich Village.
Everything was 'very basic'. Tiny room, horrible drain smell in the bathroom, and amenities could have been better. Noise from the pub downstairs and the traffic noise from the road was terrible. Only breakfast teabags, nothing else. Cheap pillows and duvet.

good location
Had asked for ground floor but put on 1st floor , room was comfortable but noisy + fire/ smoke alarm light was very bright so take your eye mask if that’s a problem!

the location
Room small. Bed too small. Green light on ceiling kept us awake all night. Air con too loud. Blinds dusty. Too expensive for what it offers
4.5
The check in staff were really helpful and stored our luggage so that we were able to have a day out visiting London central attractions. Dulwich North station very close by straight to London Bridge.
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.
5.0
Excellent location with restaurants and cafes nearby within walking distance. The room we booked for our family was spacious, modern, clean and tidy. The accommodation is attached to a pub that serves great food.

Great location, comfy rooms, good atmosphere, tasty food and most of all the lovely, friendly, helpful staff
Some of our group had an issue with the heating in their room

It was great and cozy stay. De Dulwich village area was really nice and the pub downstairs of the hotel had a great ambiance to it and some really nice and friendly employees. The breakfast was good too and all and all a good experience for a couple of nights.

On Christmas day in the afternoon I was told that I had to check in by 5pm. As I was in the middle of Xmas lunch with family, (the reason why I was staying over), I did not expect to have to order a taxi and spend £50 in order to check in. This should have been made clear from the onset, not halfway through the day. I would have made other arrangements had I known. Therefore I was very dissatisfied. Morning breakfast was also very shambolic. All in all a very unsatisfactory stay
