Flott hotell med kort avstand fra sentrum

Flott hotell som ligger fem minutters gåavstand fra kanalen og det store torvet. God frokost, rene og pene rom og hyggelig betjening. Et flott sted å overnatte når man har noen dager i Gdansk.

Ładny hotel, z własną strefą spa, która jest wliczona w cenę i restauracją. Szlafroki, kapcie są zapewnione, mini bar jest urozmaicony i niezbyt drogi. Uprzejmy i przyjazny personel. Niezła lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta

Teraz o minusach: w łazience nie ma baterii do suszenia, chociaż hotel posiada strefę spa. Temperatura w hamamie jest ekstremalnie wysoka, trudno jest przebywać dłużej niż 5 minut, w strefie spa nie ma wody do picia, woda w jacuzzi jest zbyt chlorowana, szczypała mnie w oczy. Pokój nie do końca czysty, mianowicie na dywanach nieświeże plamy. Telewizor przestał się włączać drugiego dnia. Cena za parking jest moim zdaniem trochę wysoka. Stosunek ceny do jakości nie jest jeszcze odpowiedni

Sehr gute, Innenstadtlage. Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut.

Conosco l’hotel perché ci sono stato varie volte. L’hotel è ben organizzato, progettato bene, con un ottimo ristorante, spa eccellente, moderno e posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico.

Non ho mai riscontrato problemi particolari.

Herlig spa , hadde behandling rygg og ansikt var helt fantastisk. God frokost, kjekk bar. Fint rom

Litt avsides Kun boliger i området rundt. Resepsjons baren var ikke åpen, så ingen ting å få kjøpt etter 11 og tidlig på morgenen, ville gjerne hatt en kaffi på morgenen før avreise uten å vekke di andre på rommet som ikke skulle dra før senere.

Noise isolation is a joke. This place is sound transparent. I booked a suite but couldn’t enjoy it as I heard clearly every movement and sound in the corridor. Every door closes or opens near you. Everyone coughs or talks in the corridor. At night I could hear may neighbors having sex. Staying at this hotel and paying that much money was definitely a bad decision. The stuff were not helpful either at all. I complained about the noise issue and they explained that all suites available will have the same noise issue and that they have some loud young adults in the place (which is not my problem). The receptionist offered me a quiet room but asked for 600pln to move to that room. I found that unprofessional and rude. I paid alot to stay in a suite already. At least, I should not worry about having a quiet stay and should not worry about my privacy that others can hear me as well. To ask me for more money just to stay in a quiet place was absolutely ridiculous, disappointing and unprofessional. The stuff then called me three times to negotiate the price down. One call asked tried to ask me again to pay 600pln, instead of canceling the remaining time in the hotel. I said no, and then he called again and asked tor 500. Then he called again and asked for 400pln. I could have saved my money and time and went else where. If you want to use the sauna and wellness area, pls bring with you enough water as there is no water dispenser like in other hotels. Radisson for example does have a water dispenser and has a quite similar price to Almond hotel. Also, pls add a water dispenser in the welness area. I don’t need to go out wet to buy water when needed Also it was quote difficult to get coffee at the hotel between 10.30 to 1pm as the cafe and restaurant will be closed. In wellness area, there is only one changing room and the changing area is mixed so you have to wait until the room is empty to change your clothes.

Wyjazd na plus

Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór. Pokoje w miarę czyste, wygodne łóżka. Duży basen z dobra temperaturą wody. Na ogromny plus balkon w pokoju.

Niestety niedziałające jacuzzi. W łazience brak grzejnika który jest bardzo przydatny żeby chociażby wysuszyć rzeczy po basenie. Brak również kontaktu w łazience.

Obsługa barmana Pana Kuby nie miły i arogancki . Zapłaciliśmy za drinki lecz z oddaniem reszty trwało to długo wyglądało to tak jakby myślał że zapomnieliśmy i wyjdziemy . Tego pana z baru bym zdjął . Pozostały personel idealny i miły . Polecam

Good location but it didn´t exceed our expectations

The steam sauna was closed on our last day and there was no note why? We asked the staff and they said it was broke but not when it would be repaired. My guess is that there were to few people at the hotel and they just saved money of electricity. The manager at the counter told us, there was a broken pipe and it would be fixed after our check-out.. They compensated us with a free breakfast and a free drink by the bar.

always come to this hotel its peaceful and good location and lovely spa always spotlessly clean and lovely restaurant

on this occasion sadly i booked or was given a single room with just a small square flat pillow asked for a xtra one but still not good quality and still not enough on entering room no coffee or milk just sugar when ringing reception lady bought me some up but everyday i would drink one cup and it would be replaced with just one milk one one sugar one coffee after numerous calls every single day for xtra house keeping still kept doing the same and i really shouldn’t have to keep doing this, i have stayed at this property a handful off times as a double and have given it 10/10 in all departments so sadly felt a little bit let down booking as a single traveller.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we are totally going to stay there again.

I didn’t Try the breakfast, I thought it was a bit expensive for my budget. However the dinner at the restaurant and the live music was very flattering and cozy. Very delicious food and a lot of variety in both drinks and dishes. The spa was very clean and there were a lot of activities in the spa facility.

You could add chrome cast to the tv in the room to watch movies and more pillows in bed.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** Stunning property!! Me & my girlfriend went to Gdansk for a 4 day break & this hotel made the trip completely worth it. Drinks & Food choice & quality were excellent spa facilities are brilliant & the massage we had was top quality!!

Luxury at affordable prices.

A wonderful hotel in a great location. Lovely decor throughout. A variety of food for breakfast and a delicious array for an evening meal. Swimming pool and sauna to indulge in after a day exploring Gdańsk. Cannot fault in anyway.
