Excellent location in the pedestrian port area. Very nice spacious, well equipped apartment. Having private covered parking was a great bonus, to be able to use the car without fighting for a spot on the very busy public area.

Charming, well furnished, comfortable and clean accommodation with wonderful location in La Flotte and views overlooking the port. We really appreciated the free parking space in underground garage too. Exceptionally well equipped self-catering apartment. We didn't need to go out and buy the usual supplies for our week's stay, as Marie-Claude seems to have thought of everything, from kitchen towels to salt. We only needed to buy food. It was like moving into someone's home and we would happily have stayed for longer! We also appreciated Marie-Claude's kindness, flexibility and responsiveness to questions during our stay. A tapas bar and cafe are just downstairs from the apartment, with a further choice of restaurants and shops within 2 mins walk, so we didn't need to use the car within La Flotte. Sandy beach (with lifeguards) just around the corner from the apartment, including a lovely old-fashioned carousel and swing park, which was perfect for our three year old. Friendly and helpful tourist info office 2 minutes walk away. We also recommend the Blue Note catamaran trip from La Flotte, which was a great afternoon out (tickets kindly booked for us by the Tourist Info office staff).

The apartment is located on the second floor, with access via a winding staircase, but no elevator. Not a problem for us, however could possibly be difficult for anyone with mobility problems.

The location and the view from the property was excellent.

The single beds could have been more comfortable.

Marie Claude was a wonderful host. The apartment was in a perfect location on the harbour.The views from the windows was excellent.The apartment was tastefully decorated, comfortable, spacious with everything that you would need. Cannot fault this apartment.Highly recommended.

The hosts are great. The apartment is in pole position in La Flotte.

I loved the location and all the facilities that you can imagine.

There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe that there was no lift.
