It’s near the city center.

The quality of the apartment is average. It was cold and damp inside. In one bedroom, the window was hard to close, so it was cold to sleep the first night. The bathroom drowned every time we took a shower. The radiator and the fan in the bathroom did not work anymore, so everything in the bathroom was wet and humid and nothing was drying. As there were four of us, there was not enough hot water for all the people to take a shower, only cold water. We also had a spa included in our offer. However, nobody informed us that it had to be booked and that there were hardly any places available.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Very clean, very modern. The facilities were amazing. The sauna and jacuzzi were a treat after a long walk in the mountains.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay, close to city center but quite with green around

very nice place, aprox 15 minutes by walk to city center, parking in garage, nice terrace and wellness.

The service was very bed... Not compertebel bad... Not hot water in the shower( two people shower and gone) even when we want to told the host he didn't answer to the call... He gave us a broken baby bad... And we can not talk anyone.... Very bad

Still looks good, enaugh equipment and dishes to live. Parking place for auto in garage. Washingmachine. Hairdryer. Fridhe. Vaacumcleaner. Should note furniture looks good but from cheap details /poor quality and some of them not comfortable to use so did not used at all (not to broken).kithen - ok. A lot of different lighting to use.

It could look as an angry persons comment but it is important for those people who wants to rest after day of skying and not to "party" all the time with all neighbours without your will to party through the nights. BAD: We rented apartment for 3 adults but in reality it was an apartment for two with sofa that can transform to double bed. It means no place to sit, only to sleap and in a room of 26 m2 there was a bathroom some 6 m2, and a studiotype living room where 2 double beds covered 2/3 of apartment + kichen stuff and table, 2 pufs and 2 chairs (as you see everything for too). So no normal living space and no normal sleaping on sofa/bed. My bad choise because of not valuing mirrors effect- thought there is more space in apartment. VERY BAD: No and any sound insulation of noise! We lived like with everybody on the floor or in the stairwell as we heard everything from neighborhood flats, incomming and outgoing people (ftat was in corpus B, First(or 0) floor. It is annoying. No house rules when it should be quiet, so "migration", parties and etc in other apartment on the left all night round, couldnt sleep normaly 3of 5 nights. Also had to go and ask to finish their party and go sleep at 4:30 AM. Not normal things. Could stand: No enaugh space because of 2 double beds in fact. Shower head is broken, didn't work. But lower one worked. No place or shelfs to store your own things, clothings ( one draw for outdoor things). Too hot or even boiling water/ boilers arrangements are bad, it was turned on +80 ° so small kids can injure them if turn not right handle.

Disappointing

The apartment was nice and comfortable.

we were greeted to the hotel on arrival and then had no further interaction with anyone during our weeks stay other than requesting fresh towels half way through our stay in which we were told by the staff that we had to pay extra for clean towels. this meant having to either have dirty towels that had been used for almost a week or go out and buy washing powder to hand wash in the sink which wasn’t ideal. there were no facilities to buy food there, they had a sauna whereby our family who shared 2 Appartments went booked it out for an hour - following our visit a sign was out on the door to say that apartments cannot mix together in one booking! yet there was a party of around 10-15 of them in the next night! the breakfast was left on the doorstep every morning very early which was the same food everyday which became very boring quite quickly - especially for our teenage boy we also stayed here for my Partners 40th birthday which I requested something nice on arrival to celebrate - yet this was overlooked and nothing was provided. even a card with happy birthday wishes would have been a nice touch! unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again im afraid.

lovely apartments could make some improvements!!

very clean and high spec of apartment!

No toaster , iron didn’t work, no clean towels provided for 6 night stay little to no staff presence. we stayed over new yr and on new yrs day the apartment above us had an party who where Playing music so loud I though their was a concert happening in it !!! I understand people want to have a party and enjoy themselves but this showed absolutely zero respect to anyone in the vicinity and with no one to speak to about it we had no choice but to listen to it go on !

Good location to stay with family for vacation.

Nice place to stay with a family during vacations. We lived in apartment with 2 bedrooms and specious living room. Place was clean and equipped with almost all you need for vacation, when you can also cook smth when ever you need in the kitchen. The shop was just next to the apartment. There was spa zone with jacuzzi and sauna, which is nice after a hiking day. We loved to stay in terrace in sunny mornings.

The apartment needs a bit update - not all furniture was comfortable (like parents bed could be with better mattress and more stable; the table in terrace was broken) The hot water in the shower should be enough for all family.

It was pleasant to stay in this hotel. Clean, bright and warm. Kitchen equipped with everything needed. Comfortable beds. Very nice sauna and jacuzzi. Highly recommended!

more like an Airbnb, and the wellness part is really small

beautiful place, modern, close to center

tried to call the staff for 2 days, no answer. we had a broken bed and wanted to change, and wanted to order breakfast without any success

The place is nice, but the price at Christmas time is unreasonable.

The view is great, the warm floor in the bedroom is cool.

It would be great to change the bed sheet to the one with an elastic band, the sheet constantly falls off the mattress. Also, it would help if the host turn on the heater before receiving guests, especially with a kid. It was quite cold when we checked in. The price is very high for a place like this, I suppose it is due too Christmas time.

Modern look of the apartment. Was very clean. Good location.

No staff. No cosmetics. Shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and soap were only for 1 day. No cleaning service- we were there for 5 days. No changing of towels during our stay.

Could’ve been a bit better organised

Clean,spacious & lovely location

The number of phone calls we had to make to gain access to our accommodation-we originally were led to believe we had to ring when we were an hour away so we could be met with the key...we did this and were then asked to ring again when in Zakopane then once given code to enter accommodation block we were asked to ring again once we got to the safe where key was and were given the next code to access key and told where room was then to ring again once in and owner came a few minutes later to take final payment & damage deposit. Could all the instructions not have been given in an email beforehand and then just make one call to let owners know we’re there?!

very terrible service, I asked to one bathrobe more, I did not get, we were 3 person, but got only 2 bathrobes, we were 4 days and till end we did not get, although i asked every day to bring it , and WiFi did not work, but I needed it very much
