Location was just off main street close to transport museums shops churches . Supermarket same street.
Host was attentive and helpful. Diego picked us up and took us around even to the Amalfi Coast. Excellent driver.knowledgeable and very comfortable to be around.
The apartment was very nice with a full kitchen dishwasher and fridge. Beds were comfortable. Very clean and secure apartment.Tastefully decorated.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, etc. The size of the apartment is good and it's nice and light, and - for Naples - rather quiet if you close the windows. However, there were lots of small details that made the stay less than pleasant...
The apartment was filthy. At first sight, it looked like it was cleaned, but only superficially - there was dust under the furniture, all the silverware and plates were greasy and even had food rests on them, there were lip stains on the glasses, etc. The furniture is quite dated, especially on the terrace. There was also cat or dog poop in one of the flower pots on the terrace and it stank terribly - took us a while to realize where it came from, and so we couldn't enjoy the terrace anymore.
The owner also asked us to pay 40 Eur city tax, while it was supposed to be 37.50, and never offered the change or any official proof of payment as all the other apartment owners did during our trip.
She also tried to trick us into coming to another apartment by sending a message a week before our stay and offering to arrange a transfer to a completely different location than where this apartment is located. Only after sending screenshots and repeating MULTIPLE times that we rented an apartment at Via Stendhal did she finally say that it was a 'mistake' and she rented '7 apartments' and got us mixed up with someone else. It looked to us as if she had other guests interested in this apartment (maybe previous guests asked to stay longer) and therefore decided to try to send us somewhere else thinking we wouldn't notice... So be careful with her instructions on where to meet and be sure you know exactly what you rent.
One more thing that was really annoying is that we only had 1 key, which is really not enough for an apartment that can accommodate 6-7 people. Also, if you take the key out of the light switch, electricity doesn't work in the apartment and so the dishwasher stops too (that could explain the dirty silverware and plates that probably never got washed properly when previous guests left).
All in all, the apartment has a great location and a nice size but is mismanaged. Wouldn't stay again.

This was an excellent property! Very clean. The location was perfect, central to everything. Our host Valentina was exceptional, very cordial and helpful and responsive. She gave us great information about the location, restaurants. Diego was extremely helpful.

Location is good providing you want to be near the action. The downside is traffic noise in the morning. It was spacious.
Upstairs shower did not have enough water pressure to fill a monsoon shower head. Upstairs bathroom door jams on floor and makes noise when used. If someone is sleeping downstairs (our son was) there is no way of stopping light from outside. Description was a bit confusing to start with as they have more than one property.

The location could not have been more perfect. The Hosts met us at the train station and were also at the apartment on our arrival. They were very very informative of the whole area and gave us great ideas of what to do. Loved chatting with them both. Turns our they had visited our home area too. Diego was so enjoyable to chat to on our trip to and from the station. Felt like they were family. Definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting Naples.

We loved Valentina, our host. She was especially helpful with anything we needed, and she went above and beyond with helping us get private tours as much as possible. She booked a private tour to see Ravello, Amalfi, and Positano, and it was cheaper than the group tour. We loved the flat. It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the location. The market was within 1 minute, and Toledo Street, the main street, was within a 3 minutes walk. Here you can find all the shopping and food you could want.

Great location, beautiful apartment , very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is beautifully located in one of the roads next to via Toledo and this makes it a perfect location to visit Napoli. The apartment is very comfortable for 5/6 people and it has all sorts of facilities.
The owner of the apartment was super helpful and even though she was abroad, she made sure to comunicate with us and to fix small issues that occurred during the stay.

You cannot get any more central accommodation in Naples. Both the Old Town and Spanish Quarter and only steps away from the front door, the harbor is a 10-minute walk away and nothing can beat that amazing 24-7 view at the Vesuvius. Big thanks to our great host Valentina.

near-ancient building, fully modernized apartment. great part of Naples - adjacent to historic center, Spanish quarter, and funicular to the saint elmo castle. good restaurants nearby and convenient for ferry, train and metro. washing machine! great host. next time, we’d take here advise and hire her private driver for trip to Pompeii ☺️.

Very unpleasant person in charge. First of all, “miscalculated” the extra charges (no, 37,5 € + 45 DOES NOT MAKE 90 €). Then, a successions of lies about the tourist tax: “has to be paid by children” which is not true (only adults pay, it is on the city Website), then that this tax is set by Booking (Booking only displays this tax when you book, it is informative) and collected by them (so why is it paid in
Cash?). Followed endless discussions (phone, WhatsApp, live) on how all this was Booking fault and that this person was only doing as told. Ripping off tourists is clearly a game there, will never go back, entire weekend spoiled.

The property was perfect. Really clean with amazing views every way you turn! The location was quiet and beautiful. Valentina was an amazing host and helped us with anything we needed. I would completely recommend this place. And Naples is now my favourite Italian city. The people are so friendly and fun! 5 stars. The air conditioning and the washing machine are also huge bonuses!

Valentina’s place was brilliant, well equipped, comfortable, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. The host Valentina is very welcoming. During our visit we often needed help at various points of our journey, wether it be airport transfer, or securing tickets for mount Vesuvius even though though they were all sold out, the travel between Naples, Sorrento and Maori and back to Naples airport. Her helpful and resourceful nature and a predisposition to always keep her guest’s needs front and centre is unquestionably a major reason why our trip was a great success. Communication was always prompt and extremely helpful. Valentina and Diego make a terrific team. We wish them all the luck and think hosts like her are a terrific asset to the Airbnb platform.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in a convenient localtion. Beds and pillows were very comfy- we had a great night's rest (which is unusual the first night in a new place). Showers and bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. Nice patio and view of Mt Vesuvius from the apartment. Valentina, the host, was super friendly and helpful- she reached out to touch base on the day of our arrival, and she arranged for us to park our car in a nearby garage. She gave us a map and shared an overview of the city with some sights to check out during our short stay. This was an unplanned stop for us during our travels through Italy, and I'm grateful we found this place on short notice!
One of the A/C units wasn't working properly- there were several other units in the apartment, so we opened the door to keep that room cooler. We only stayed one night, so we didn't have a chance to ask the host to check into it before we left to catch our flight the next day.

Spacy place with lot of charme. I really loved the living room downstairs. Perfect location. Valentina is a wonderful person. She took care of us to make sure our stay is perfect. We came while the strike of taxi and airport bus, she took care to arrange the transport with very correct place. All her recommendations were very good and we followed them. Hope to come again one day. The tap water you can drink and is very tasty. One hint, Naples is a very noisy place. Although the appartement is well isolated, better to have the antinoise earplugs. And what is really important when hot- you have the a/c in each room and living room
