Very comfortable and immaculately clean small hotel on a quiet street. All the staff were super friendly and worked very hard to make sure we had a great stay. Special mention to Luis in this respect. There is a cafe/restaurant which served an excellent steak, followed by a very good apple cake. Breakfast was fine with omlette and toasties on offer with good coffee. Secure parking is available at another property nearby,, and a lift was available to and from there.
Nothing, it was a great stay.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. All of the furnishings, fixtures and bedding are really high quality. I loved the use of natural wood and all of the wooden statues and memorabilia on the walls. The breakfast was delicious with excellent quality coffee. The restaurant had high quality food and wine. The staff is really kind, friendly and welcoming. The hotel had really good security and a solo traveler would feel really safe here.
Honestly, nothing.

We liked everything. Lots of antiques and very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend to any one. We will definitely return when we are in the area.
The view was not that great.

One of the best stays of our Ecuador trip. The place is full of history and collectibles, rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The staff are some of the most sincere and friendly people we have come across. And best breakfast by far, it’s not to be missed.
It’s a little out of the center but it’s quiet and only a short taxi ride to the center

An excellent family-run hotel. It is clean, spacious with great friendly staff. The food is tasty. We stayed on the second with great view of Chimborazo. David and Louis were excellent and very helpful for everything. Highly recommended.

Extraordinary stay, everything was perfect.
The hotel is super nice and decorated with many wooden sculptures.
The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful with all our requests. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every day.
Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant and offers a great selection of food.

Very beautiful, clean and relaxing place. Breakfast was great and staff wonderful . One gentleman found our head phones on one of the rooms and he rushed to return them to us just before we were ready to go. Very grateful.
Everything was wonderful

Amazing staff! The property is lovely, with a very nice restaurant. Our room was spotless and cleaned to perfection every day. Did I say the staff were amazing? Very attentive and helpful, polite and ready to assist with tours, restaurants and anything else we needed in the City.
Only one negative, and that’s why they got a nine not a ten. The WiFi was terrible. We had virtually no service in our room, 25ft from the front desk, and had to sit in the restaurant when we needed to work.

The place is like staying at home! The staff is amazing! The promises are like a museum. They made me feel like a celebrity. Be ready to spend time taking pictures, the scenes around the hotel are breath taking. Best hotel I stayed in Ecuador so far, and I been on a one month trip all over the country. Thank you!
The WiFi could get a little better, the signal was coming and going, but I still think that was because of the location of my bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Mirador de Bellavista, staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Kindness and hospitality was beyond our expectations!

The staff and the property were great. Having an attached restaurant with good food is a great bonus.

The location is a little off the beaten path and the local dogs would bark at night. But this should not deter anyone from staying. This is a top level property!!!

Beautiful furnishings and art. Super clean. Deep bathtub.

Good breakfast and very nice staff. The room was clean and comfortable. They also serve dinner in their restaurant, so you don't have to go out if you come back late from a visit to Chimborazo.
20-30 minutes walk to the center of the town.
Really poor WiFi in our room.

The staff was kind and helpful. Luis and David/Lenin provided excellent surface.
I like the cafeteria . It was tastefully decorated. The ambience there waS just wonderful.
Inside the main building is like a wood carving museum. There were so many pieces of wood carving arts and old and nice sewing machines.
The room was brightly lit, and HUGE with a desk, a large screen TV. I supposed to Mt Chimborazo from the room but the mountain was hidden in the cloud the whole time.
Even though it is a bit far from the center center, a taxi ride all the way to the other end of the city where the bus terminal was located only costed $2.00 .
I didn’t see any restaurants or convenient stores nearby but the hotel operates a restaurant that you can even get hamburger and hot dog and Ecuadorian food until late.
The staff made my bed and threw out the garbage every day. The house keeping was excellent.
The internet. It requires a login ID and a password. If I stop using my iPad and turn off the screen, I have to re login and re type in the password. 99 % of the hotel that I stayed in has a selectable ID from a list . I only have to enter the password only once during my entire stay instead of like at least 5 times a day ( I used both my iPhone and iPad and each has to be login. ). The internet was a bit weak.
I think it is good to come prepare with ear plugs because Ecuador in general has a lot of stray dogs and they seemed to have a talking party every night. It is not the hotel’s problem. It is a general problem in Ecuador.
