직원분들 응대좀.

가격대비 좋아요

부산 방문할때마다 이 숙소를 방문했는데, 이번 방문엔 참 직원분들 응대가 참 별로였어서 한 마디 적습니다. 짐을 맡기러 갔는데 점심시간이라고 하셔서 데스크 직원분이 자리를 비우셨더라고요. 체크인이 3시부터 8시까지라, 이 시간에 방문하지 않으면 체크인을 할 수가 없어서 짐을 맡기러 간 김에 이런 사정을 이야기 했는데도 불구하고, 알바생이신지 직원분이신지 데스크직원이 점심시간이라면서 잠시만 기다려보시라고 해놓곤 10분이 넘게 로비에 방치시켜놓으시더라고요. 심지어, 다른 외국인분이 오셔서 영어로 질문하시는데 꽤 간단한 질문이었음에도 불구하고 영어로 대답하시면서 영어 못 한다고 말 돌리시고... 다른 알바생이신지, 직원분이신지 두 분이 또 오셨길래 이런 상황을 또 얘기 했습니다. 또 기다려보라고 하시더니 직원분 내려오시더라고요. 오셔서는 직원분이세요? 하고 여쭤보니까 네, 하시길래 또 세번째 이 이야기를 하고서야, 어떠한 말 한마디도 없이 체크인 카드 주시면서 체크인 방법에 대해서 설명하시고 이러시면 된다고 이야기하곤 카드만 주셨습니다. 점심시간에 데스크 방문하게 될 경우를 생각해서라도 교대로 식사를 하시거나, 아님 다른 응대 방법을 좀 개선했음 좋겠네요. 점심시간 방해한건 참 죄송합니다만, 로비에 15분을 넘게 기다리고 있었던 손님 입장에서도 참 불쾌했어서 남깁니다. 다른건 가격대비 다 괜찮았어요.

Enjoyed the privacy of the capsules and the overall location.

The location and general atmosphere was very nice. The privacy of the capsules was very important to me. The rooms including the shower room had a view outside.

A mosquito bit me inside the capsule. Other than that, no problem.

Comfortable beds but that's it.

My room was spacious and very quiet. The Beds were super comfy. The location is ideal and in walking distance to the beach. There was a kitchen free to use and the hangout area was fine too.

Usually, I am fine with basic cleanness, and I am very tolerant since I stayed in many hostels. However, the bathroom was full of mold to the point where you couldn't even breathe normally. Not the best for your health. Maybe the owner should hire some experienced cleaning staff. The whole place needs a proper cleaning and makeover. Moreover, there is no connection between the staff and the guests, which kind of kills the spirit of hostels. I saw several guest arriving and getting lost because there was nobody to greet them – even when the staff was sitting next to the table. I can understand lunch breaks, check in times etc, but I have never seen such a “I don't care” mentality and when other guest have to help new guests than you know you're doing something wrong. Acting like a budget hotel while not even able to get the basics of a hostel right. A place without a character, unfortunately. However, it's enough if you just want to spend your nights there. I hope they will improve in the future, it just needs a couple of adjustments and a bit of care.

Réception à améliorer

La présence de peti cloison qui donne une intimité à chacun

La rigidité de leur règlement ; pas d'accueil après 19h. Après plus de 12h de vol ce n'est pas ma faute si on arrive le soir dans un pays pour la première fois, fait la queue pour le contrôle de police et encore attendre les bagages puis le bus. Arrivée à l'arrêt du bus, chercher l'hôtel. Le manque de permanence quand il y a des réservations n'est pas habituel.j'etais obligée de me chercher et payer un hôtel alors que j'en ai un de réservé !

가격이 싸고 위치가 좋아요.

불친절의 끝판왕입니다. 남자 직원님 정말 말투도 안 좋고 직원들한테만 친절한 모습 불쾌했습니다. 시설 더럽구요 청소 최악이고요. 방안에 와이파이 없습니다. 사실상 불편함과 더러움의 집합체입니다. 돈 더 주고 다른 곳 가세요! 피하세요!

房價真的不貴但若設施加強房價高一點也會大家買單的

地理位置對於想要靠近海雲台但又不想負擔太多房價的人還不錯附近該有的設施也有對於離地鐵站一小段距離還好因為公車方便可以克服櫃檯人員英文程度都不錯吹風機不是固定在牆上那種是風力強大的這點很棒

1.房間暗到一個誇張對於有化妝需求的人甚是不方便 2.住的這間淋浴間的門很卡開關門都有蠻大的噪音 3.四人房每個人一張卡但房間沒有插卡就無法有電假使自己卡片插住的人離開房間前需要跟其他不認識的人說一聲請他們換自己的房卡不然會立刻斷電 4.房間沒有wifi 對於網路大國的韓國這點真的蠻扣分只有一樓有

Overall very good for the amount I paid :)

The hostel is modern, room is very spacious so plenty of space to move around, restroom is also inside the room so it is convenient. Staff speaks English very well and GS25 is just opposite.

There is only wifi on the 1st floor and during my stay the elevator is out of order so it was quite a challenge to go up and down to 5th floor.

Staff was friendly. You have a lot of provacy in your little room. Staff managed to keep the hostel very clean. Location is good, close to the beach and the strip. About 10 minutes away from the subway. Overall ok. I had a bloke smoking something in my room. The staff immediately assinged me to a different room. That was nice.

Was not able to store my baggage on my last day. The staff managed to keep the hostel very clean. Howevet, some guests managed to mess it up over and over again. There is a common area, but it is in a different building so there is not really a social aspect about it. The hostel is very quiet. It can get quiet hot in the single bed rooms, as there is no aircon in there.

Not recommended! Stay away!

Nothing! Terrible experience. Staff is rude and useless. The location is good if you're going with all the tourists to the beach but there are much better hostels out there for a better price. The check in here is until 8pm, it does not matter if you are delayed for whatever reason you are screwed. There were 6 of us who were not able to check in, as for me, I was there since 12:00. No one was there to just notify them I would leave my stuff. Came back at 15:00 still no one, arrived at 20:50 after discovering the city, no one to be found. Luckily other travelers let me into the building along with other 4 Korean ladies that had to leave after trying their best to check in. Another guy left as well, only one guy and myself decided to stay and I could get into my bed, but they count me as a no show and charged an additional fee. The kitchen is a mess, no utensils, the room's AC sounds like the train from the metro, someone had to turn it off in the middle of the night so it was humid and boiling. I am glad I only booked a night cause this is rubbish. Not recommended.

Very good

The location was within 15 minutes of Haeundae beach so it was perfect to access the beach, excitement of the restaurants and market stalls. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained.

there was not a social atmosphere to the hostel, so coudl be hard as a solo traveller if you're hoping to meet people. the building I was in, said there was a laundry but myself and other travellers wer unable to locate it

honestly was a bad experience. the room was quite rundown which I didn’t expect as the pictures looked decent.

felt dark and humid, the facilities were run down and old. super uncomfortable when we booked a female only dorm room but they had male workers to do clean ups in the hostel where they just barge into your room to clean up, not caring if you were in it or not. scared me badly as I thought there were guys coming in to stay.

It was a nice place to stay. cheap and affordable.

It is in a nice area. perfect for tourists to hit the beach, relax or have fun and go to the lighting district area where all the mini statues (etc. Eiffel Tower, moon and heart chairs). It was a colourful area at night and lots of street venders/ restaurants.

if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage it might not be the best option the lockers are in a different building and require your own lock or you’d have to buy one.

Located near Haeundae Beach, it was perfect for a calmer place to stay in Busan. The room is very spacious and the staff helpful. Only thing, the wifi doesn't work in the room.

It's our second stay here. The location is perfect - near metro station and Haeundae beach. Design is casual, I like it so much 🩷

The room is too dark, and there is no iron, but staying was great anyway. I'll choose this hostel next time again~
