we had a small issue with communication but the manager resolved very quickly and professionally. Accomodation is very comfortable and in the centre of the town. Access is about 400 metres from car park.

Perfect central location to visit Montepulciano. Very easy check-in/check-out, the room and bathroom were in perfect conditions. The staff was super kind, welcoming and very helpful, as they even gave us a map to all the main tourist attractions and amazing recommendations for restaurants. Car park is less than 5 min on foot.

As the room was on the last level, right under the roof, there was only a small ceiling window but not an actual view, but this is part of the local architecture, so nothing major, just a little detail as I personally prefer large windows or balconies.

We had a very pleasant stay with generous hosts, and would rebook if we were to come back.

The location was very good, right in the middle of the town, giving easy access to sites and restaurants. Tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge. Both Cinzia and Michele welcoming hosts, and went out of their way to you make sure we were comfortable and accommodated.

Great location. Good spot to drop your luggage and sleep.

1. Host was very friendly, timely, responsive, and helpful 2. Location was fantastic to enjoy Montepulciano 3. Very clean!

1. The top room did not have windows. This is evident in the pictures, but want folks to be aware. 2. The shower was clean and functioning, but was very small 3. Shower - had to manage hot water usage 4. Stairs - not a problem for our group, but folks with mobility challenges should be aware
