Location was close to memorial site
The name of the property was inaccurate, making if difficult to find. There was no reference to the King Robert hotel.

The cottage was perfect size for our party of 6. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect near everything we wanted to do. Would recommend to all

Did not have
The place needs updating - fix the floor - fix up the outside seating= It would be a great place to have breakfast.

This was a stand alone 3 bedroom home. We were able to make our own meals and sit together as a family in the living room.
The accommodations had inexpensive counters, flooring, wall covering etc. which showed wear.

Staff were very helpful and loved talking to them. Comfortable being able to sit around the table and in living room socializing.
The showers in 2 of the rooms almost impossible to regulate. Either too hot or too cold.
4.5
Friendly reception staff. All bedrooms very large, 2 being ensuite with showers as well as a main bathroom.
4.5
Spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff in the hotel were exceptional
Could do with a few more pieces of crockery and perhaps some spare blankets
4.5
Plenty showers, good location, lovely staff
Water pressure a little low.

Very good accommodation, perhaps best thought of as a three bedroom suite in the grounds of a hotel, which makes it very good value
I paid on arrival but was still required to pay again on departure. The payment hadn’t been recorded on ‘paper records’. This was corrected as we prepared to drive out of the car park and a refund issued, but I was made to feel like a fraud by the receptionist in the morning. Some improvements needed in this hotel’s ‘systems’

The cottage was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The little extra touches made the difference too like biscuits in the biscuit tin, and the board games in the cupboard. There was more than enough space for three couples to stay comfortably. The hotel was very nice, we had a few drinks in the bar and some food which was great. The location was lovely with the site of the Battle of Bannockburn right behind the hotel. And the town centre was not far away, only a short taxi ride.
The only thing missing was a light in the garden area. And the water pressure was low if more than one shower was used at a time.

Gorgeous, high standard cottage in a great location as we were visiting family in the area. The customer service we received was amazing as unfortunately the cottage had been double booked. The staff worked to relocate us for a few nights then we returned to the cottage to finish our holiday. They compensated us for the inconvenience caused and we can’t fault how they handled the situation. We ate breakfast and had an evening meal at the hotel which was of a great standard…especially the kids meal, all freshly prepared. We will definitely be back in the future!

Providing oven gloves, scissors, batteries for tv control, baking tray. Larger drinking glasses.

Beautiful cottage that had everything we needed, felt like home.

Lovely cottage to spend some quiet time away, we were lucky enough to have lovely weather but unfortunately the garden area could be doing with an uplift and some new furniture as it was broken and dirty and garden over grown(although understand the weather's not been great) Hot tub would be a perfect addition to this little cottage. Beds were so comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable getaway for a couple of days.
Garden furniture needed an update and garden a little more cared for.

Great for families
3 toilets
The patio could have been bit cleaner

Clean, plenty of bathrooms. TVs in all the bedrooms. The beds were super comfy too.
The outdoor furniture was a little broken

Evening meal and service was exceptional
Couches and tv in living area could maybe be bigger

Really lovely. Clean tidy and spacious
Staff and food in the hotel was excellent
We couldn’t get the hearing to work. Ended up going to bed as it was chilly. Unfortunately because there was no heating there was no hot water in the morning. It was a shame as the cottage was really nice 🤷♀️
