Ottimo soggiorno in centro storico a Ravenna, host eccellente

Posizione della struttura eccezionale, palazzo signorile in pieno centro storico. L'accoglienza e la puntualità di Silvia, con la sua gentilezza e dovizia di informazioni fornite ci ha permesso di soggiornare nel migliore dei modi. Ingresso al palazzo comodo e dotato di ascensore; buona la pulizia e la climatizzazione dell'appartamento.

Ravenna città meravigliosa

L'appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione, è centrale a pochi passi c'è la zona Dantesca, San Vitale, Sant' Apollinare Nuova, Duomo, i meravigliosi mosaici, ecc... Vicino c'è anche un supermercato, la posta e vari ristoranti, bar, piadinerie , il mercato coperto (dove all' interno si trova dell' ottimo cibo).

Piccoli suggerimenti: vicino al divano letto ci vorrebbe una presa e anche una lampada per la sera. Metterei anche dei ganci in più al bagno per poter appendere asciugamani o il cambio, utile soprattutto se si è in 4.

Appartamento situato in uno stabile d'epoca molto bello, accanto al teatro Alighieri e dotato di tutti i confort. Molto spazioso e ben arredato. L'host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione centralissima

I loved the place and the apartment. Silvia was great. I can say that I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is excellent and well organized. It is clean and comfy. You have everything you need in it. The location is excellent too. You are close to everything here

A beautiful apartment in central Ravenna

Great location in the middle of Ravenna. Walking distance to all the main sites. Property well maintained. Empathetic owner who was very kind and helpful. Arranged a private transfer for us when a railway strike threatened to cause havoc with our plans.

Gross und ordentlich ausgestattet; gute Lage und sehr freundlicher und kompetente Gastgeberin Silvia. Gute Restaurant Empfehlungen.

nur italienisches Fernsehprogramm und Klimaanlage laut. Anfahrt zur empfohlenen Parkgarage schwierig ( Navi möchte immer durch die Fußgängerzone fahren); 50 Meter entfernt liegt die Garage Mariani, diese wäre viel näher.

Perfect location… waking distance to sights, train station, restaurants and supermarkets. the apartment was immaculate and Silvia extremely helpful in ever way.

Clean, attractive and centrally located accommodation, perfect for a family stay in Ravenna.

Central for station and all tourist attractions and features of Ravenna. The accommodation and facilities were perfect for our needs. The sofa bed was adequate (but not amazingly comfortable) for our grown up son - but was OK for our short visit. The host was super nice and attended promptly to resolve an issue with the oven.

The street outside was on quite a noisy bus route so we had to use ear plugs to sleep well at night. We use a Nespresso pod machine at home, which may be an option for people not familiar with the hob top coffee maker.

We came to Ravenna to wait for a cruise ship, not expecting the incredible mosaics, history, art and architecture of the

SUPER convenient location in town, plus the price was good, the suite was great, the manager friendly and informative.

Comfortable and in the heart of the city.

Silvia was friendly and punctual. Five to ten minute walk to 6 of 8 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

While I loved the flat the street is quite noisy at night due to cars that pass by.

Great location in a stylish apartment.

The location was excellent. Easily walkable to all the historic sites and the central square. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and had all the amenities needed, including air conditioning! Parking for a fee is very close if you have a car.

Just note that the apartment faces a busy street so can be a bit noisy at times.

Great location

We were met at the property by the owner who was super helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Apartment was easy to reach, within walking distance of most of the sites and was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for a family of 5. Highly recommended.

Clean, modern, and comfortable apartment in great location.

The apartment is centrally located and walking to Ravenna's main sights is very easy. There are also many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and well maintained apartment which had everything we needed during our stay. Silvia was very helpful with telling us about the apartment and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. She also told us where to find parking that is much more reasonable than the garage that is about 70m away. The garage is 15 Euro/day while a public lot near Basilica di San Vitale (about 1km away, easy walk through town) is only 2 Euro/day and free on Sunday. Wifi was fast and the signal was strong throughout the apartment.

The apartment is NOT accessible by car without an extra fee due to it's location inside a limited traffic area. This was not clearly communicated to us and we had to pay 2 Euro just to park at the nearby parking garage for 15 minutes in order to unload our bags. In the apartment, the only problem is that the street noise is very loud in the bedroom.

Great Apartment- good location

The apartment is well located and appointed, everything worked and is in really good condition. Silvia met us at the apartment and provided a very informative induction on how things worked in this private and secure building. She also assisted in providing local advice and a map on the area.

No complaints- wished we could have stayed a little longer.
