Bester Kroatien Urlaub

Die Aussicht ist Faszinierend und der Privatstrand einfach nur klasse. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe und kann sich völlig auf die Erholung konzentrieren. Am vorletzten Tag konnten wir sogar noch delfine sehen. Die Besitzer sind immer darauf bedacht einem den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und Freitags gibt's sogar noch selbst gefangenen Fisch. Auch unser Hund wurde mit offenen Armen empfangen obwohl er etwas eigen ist. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und wir können das familie in der Villa nur unterstreichen. Absolute Empfehlung

Ein toster wäre für uns deutsche ganz gut, und der Fernseher ist etwas unglücklich platziert. Aber das ist meckern auf höchstem Niveau

If you looking for a quiet very nice Place with your family - thats the right one!

Nice Apartment with a nice few and a private beach. Very nice Owner - very helpful. You have to drive a short way to the next restaurant or bigger shop. Close to the Apartment is a little shop with products for daily life (bread, milk, etc.). One day we got grilled fish from the owner - very good! We are sure to come back!

The Refrigerator is really old and a bit loud (in our apartment...) - also becomes very hot on the surface. The Equipment of the Kitchen could be a bit better - maybe a dishwasher (but not a must have) would be nice, and more equipment (glasses, plates, etc.). A oven would be nice too :-) But the Price of the Apartment is very good - so thats not a main Problem at all. We was often out in a restaurant so thats not a Problem at all.

Exceptional

A little gem! We stayed in Prizna to get the ferry to Pag and it was only 1night stay. The place deserves longer visit. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and the best part - 2 min walk and you are at the private beach with beatuiful view and amazing sunsets in the evening. Peaceful &quiet. Plus the owners were super nice and let us keep our bikes inside the property too.

Great place and hosts - a must-go! :-)

The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The apartment was very spacious with a bedroom, bathroom, large living room with kitchen, a balcony, and had everything one would want, it is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable. Every room has shutters to sleep really well in the dark und to keep the sun out when it is very hot (plus aircon!). I can warmly recommend the place, overlooking the ocean and nearby islands! All available 4 apartments have that amazing view and the ferry to the islands is around the corner. Shops and restaurants are at 13 km, other really lovely places not too far away. One could easily stay for many days and reach many hotspots!

There is nothing I can criticize about the lovely hosts and place, I would always come back when in the region! --------------------------------- Besides, I can only recommend to visitors to bring mosquito protection to Croatia, possibly a portable net for the bed, depending on region. I was badly bitten during my 2 weeks holiday, especially in the 2nd week, but it was my mistake to not even think about it in advance. 2nd advice to travelers on the coastal road: Take your time, it is winding drive full of beautiful views!

Excellent quiet, but well accessible location for travellers who does not need night life, many people arround etc, perfect basecamp for trips from Senj to Zadar including icelands, Velebit or inlands (Plitvička jezera, Cetina spring, Željava Airbase and many others). Not at the frontline, but nice terasse with sea view. Sea well accessible (50 m), private spot. Very friendly owners ready to help any time with a lot of useful info or just to chat.

Small update of the bathroom will be appreciated. Nearest restaurant or shops are at Karlobag (16 km).

Very friendly and welcoming! Apartment was clean and functional with beautiful sea views. Amazing private swimming platform straight into the sea. I would really recommend a stay here!

Exceptional

We loved the locality where the Vila Familie is situated. It is quiet and lovely place. Great Sea view, you can watch the everyday movement of a ships which are transporting people with their cars on the neighbor island. Also I would call it a fisherman's paradise), so if you are a fisherman, then this is just for you. And of course the owners of the hotel, it is something that hsd never happened with us before! Great friendly, welcoming people with a big heart. You just have visit these place!

In common, everything was great. Maybe one thing that I would like to mention is that if you go there with your small kids, you will have to visit a beaches that are situated in a few kilometers from Vila Familie, because the local beach will not be safe for your babies.

Nice apartment by the sea

The apartment was new, very clean, spacious and quiet. All appliances are new. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a wonderful terrace where you can have your meals looking at the sea and Pag island. The parking lot is just 30 mt from the apartment. The private space by the sea is just in front of the apartment, down a short path. The hosts, who live in the apartment at ground floor, are very nice and welcoming, and will help you in any way possible. Highly recommended!

Sasha and Yolanda were warm, friendly and helpful - and they grilled delicious fish for us!

We liked the peace and quiet of the place. The sea was crystal clear and although the beaches are tiny, there were just a few families from the neighbouring apartments, and sometimes nobody but us and two fishermen. :-)

These are just details, but the light in the rooms was not strong enough for reading a paper book in the evening. Teaspoons were really small and a bit more cutlery would come handy (e.g. bowls for cereals and mugs for tea, as there were just coffee cups).

IMO:Choosing this place and apartment is much more of an escape plan than your desired destination!

- cleanliness of the sea and beaches - tidy beach - easy and friendly communication with the small adjacent shop on bread order - cleanliness of the apartment - good windows and blinds

- guarded parking lot ;export is very dangerous and difficult on the main road (you have to cross waiting line for Pag island ) - it is not known which images belong to each apartment so manipulation of them it is possible (on some pictured is a large fridge and a classic oven, we didn't get the expected one ) - we've got the wrong apartment: paid for the big one but moved into the small one (difference summ is 50 € for 10 days !) - hidden cost, owner requests for AC @ 6 hours per day 5,0 € !!! ( but luckly we have avoid that costs we make 9,5 hours and fried in hot apartment with closed windows :-(( - there is NO BED's in the apartment but two hard sofas with some extra foam for softness ( does not work for sure we stay 9 days instead 10 ) - TV SAT is a useless / obsolete SAT, channels only German and Dutch classic RTL / PRO7 / VOX … - Local WiFi medium speed, occasionally getting lost signal on higher floors - all time we have single bed linen and towels ( normally they are changed every 7 days by owners ) - VERY WEAK LIGHT in all rooms ( the problem with cooking dinner in the evening or reading book before sleep) :-(( -PS: probably because of apartment confusion , We did not have genuine contact with owner
