Si voy otra vez por la zona repetiré sin duda

La ubicación del alojamiento. Muy céntrico. También su amplitud y un anfitrión muy atento en todo momento.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia en familia. Sin embargo, en la cocina haría falta renovar sartenes.

Persona enormemente racista

Después que hice la reserva, pocos minutos después me llamó el propietario de la vivienda,para decirme que no podía meterme en el apartamento,inventando la escusa de que tenía la puerta rota,que la gente anterior se la dejaron rota,y me dijo que yo tenía que cancelar la reserva desde mi aplicación de Booking, cuando sabe perfectamente que si cancelaba yo perdería el reembolso,pues nada le dije que era él el que tenía que cancelar y decir el motivo de la cancelación,pues nada , llegó a la conclusión de devolverme el dinero a través de bizum,me pidió el número de bizum y me devolvió el dinero,pocas horas después,mi novio siguió mirando los apartamentos,y encontró todavía el mismo apartamento todavía disponible en la aplicación,mi novio hizo la reserva y pudimos entrar,el mismo día, cuando me canceló Ami alegando que tenía la puerta rota y hasta el día siguiente no hiban los del seguro a repararla,en conclusión,esa persona es una persona racista y de ahí no me quiso en su apartamento se dió cuenta que era negrita y a mí novio es español y de hecho a él sí, sólo puedo decir lo asquerosa que son gente como él y lo poco prefecional que son , espero que no pase por alguna experiencia parecida ,cada vez que tenga que viajar fuera de España,y para tener un apartamento tan poco acogedora vamos

Pleasant

It had everything it offered. Good option to get to Madrid airport in 35 minutes. The staff were kind and responsive.

The night we stayed, the neighbors made a lot of noise. They were washing clothes late at night, yelling, etc. They ended past midnight. We couldn’t sleep.

Exceptional

Good location. Host was very friendly and provided entry instructions in advance. Took our young granddaughter. Had requested travel cot and baby bath and both we in the apartment waiting for us. Spacious apartment. Everything we needed. Spent a great few days with family

No oven in apartment but that's probably just an English thing. We managed to cook ok without it

Fantastic place for good rest

This apartment (on the ground floor) has a central location, very close to restaurants and a supermarket (5 minutes walk). Everything was clean. Wi-fi was OK. Good breakfast. The host is very nice and he was ready to buy some extra things to our taste when he found out that we don't eat musli and would prefer to have ham instead. That was a very pleasant experience. The parking place lies just on the opposite side of the building. Be aware that there can be quite a lot of cars during the day, so it may be difficult to park there. We didn't have any problems as we parked after 18:00. Our host was very friendly. His English is not so good, but he did his best, and before arriving he let his friend communicate with us and explain all the details, so that we knew exactly when and where to meet.

We had some difficulties with outdoor clothes (we came to Guadalajara in April, when it still was a bit cold and we needed jackets), as there were no real hangers by the door. We had to hang our jackets on the chairs or lay them in the sofa. I guess it's not a big problem in the summer, though. There was only one very long pillow in the bed for two. A bit inconvenient to sleep, especially if you and your partner are used to different pillow heights or want to hold the pillow a bit lower/higher. We forgot to ask about waste. : ) We stayed just for two nights, so we didn't need to sort the waste, and fortunately we found a litter bin just at the parking place, so we could throw away everything we needed. I guess there's a better place for waste somewhere in the neighbourhood, just don't forget to ask! : ) It would be nice with a towel for the dishes in the kitchen; we didn't find any.
