Não recomendo

Apartamento 1412, precisa de reforma urgente para oferecer o conforto que o cliente paga e merece. Refrigeração dos quartos não atende, tampa do vaso sanitário solta e móvel do banheiro se deteriorando, porta do apartamento com dificuldade para fechar e sem chaves, fogão sem condições de uso, com a base quebrada, solta e muitas baratinhas circulando. Apesar de bem localizado, não recomendo.

Local com Custo benefício interessante.

Gostamos da localização e da facilidade para o primeiro acesso ao residencial

Tomadas de modelo antigo, dificultando um pouco quem utilizar equipamentos com tomada de três pinos. Ar condicionado do quarto maior não gelando bem, porém o do segundo quarto estava perfeito.

Ótimo!

Estadia maravilhosa. Visão perfeita do mar, muitas coisas para fazer dentro e fora do residencial. Lugar mega ventilado, trás muita calma e sossego. Como fiquei no 14° andar, não sofri nada com barulho. Fui com 3 crianças e cada uma amou demais.

Recepção da portaria péssima! Um cara super grosso e mal educado que não sabe lidar com gente.

O apartamento não corresponde de ao lugar

Gostei do lugar por ser seguro.

O apartamento tinha muita barata, móveis velhos, eletrodoméstico e eletrônicos sem funcionar como: TV e micro-ondas, poucos utensílios para a cozinha, as portas estão se desinteriorando por conta de cupim. Falta melhorar muito o espaço físico.

Da localização e gentileza do proprietário e funcionários.

As portas dos quartos não tinham chave, não tinha espelho no banheiro da suíte e os colchões já estão muito desgastados.

Very uncomfortable and adequate electrical points to charge mobile phones.

The only positive thing was it being near the beach

1. The a/c was incredibly noisy, keeping us awake. 2. Fixtures and cupboards were broken/jammed, rendering them useless. 3. Electrical plug sockets very dated and not compatible with our adapters, which we’ve been able to use throughout our travels, even in older, less equipped accommodations. 4.Furniture broken or bad state of wear, rendering them uncomfortable and painful to sit on. 5. Doors broken and not able to close securely.

Don’t stay in apartment 106

- Hot water shower - The location is great - The building itself is good, the pools nice and so is the restaurant - We have stayed in this building many times but in different apartments

- The sofa was old, dirty and broken - WiFi barely worked (4mbps upload and download but at times it was less than 1mbps) - not remote work friendly - The kitchen worktop was made from bed side tables with some stone on top - The ac didn’t work in the main bedroom or the living room. - The shower room needs updating, the shelf in the shower had a hole in it and the door was broken. - There were 2 old doors on the balcony leaning against the wall. They both fell over during the day and I couldn’t lift them back up as they were so heavy - thankfully no one was on the balcony when they fell over. - The front door handle fell off when it was opened or closed. - The bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed so we woke up and the bottom sheet had come off - The neighbours were very noisy, screaming and shouting all day and evening - The apartment phone didn’t work so if you order food you don’t know whether it’s arrived or not - The apartment is obviously not cared for, all of the furniture is old, dirty and broken. The owner told us it’s the worst apartment they have (I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just invest a little money and make some improvements!) There are plenty of other much better apartments to book in this building

Nothing. We would never book it again.

The apartment is old and wrecked. All the furniture is filthy and damaged from water or damp. We left two nights early. The owner claims that there are washing facilities at an extra charge. In reality, the service takes 48 hours and is exceedingly expensive. Per kilo R$17!!! He could state that in his description. Also, all the towels were old and discoloured. The intercom with reception did not work either.
