Duze lozko bylo polaczneniem dwoch mniejszych za pomoca narzutki, co sprawialo ze sie rozjezdzaly w nocy.

Easy to access and very central, great price. Was able to book at short notice.

Certain things weren't fully stocked, like toilet paper, shampoo and there was no towel for dishes. There was no coffee pods for machine. No elevator, less fun when you have a big case. Walls were thin and someone started drilling next door before 8am; not the venue's fault at all but worth bearing in mind if you're not an early riser.

Perfectly comfortable but staff needs to mind their business

Clean, perfectly located and quiet at nights even tho it’s close to some bars.

They told my friend that she needed to leave by 10 pm without even asking if she’s aware of the rules, they said it in polish but it didn’t sound in a polite manner because of the expression on my friends face (I don’t know any polish)

For me the place was dirty and far from the advertised luxury

Location, there was a balcony.

I have never given negative feedback but the property was dirty. Hairs in several places - in the bed, in the bathroom. The floor was dirty, for example, someone's hair clip was on the floor, the sofa was full of large pieces of white debris. Bathroom door was covered with dirt, inside bathroom there was hairs, in the bed there was hairs. In the bathroom the shower head was missing. the end of the faucet was not cleaned, and therefore the faucet splashed its users. In the kitchen there was stains of dried liquid. We also mentioned the dirt to the staff on site on Saturday, the cleaning took place only on Monday. The room was still dirty. Large pieces of crumbs, dead flies, used cotton balls and handkerchiefs under the sofa, etc., were sticking out from behind the cabinets. The staff had difficulty with English. Check out was until 11 o'clock. Somewhere between 9 and 10 o'clock, the staff called and started quite aggressively demanding the key. When I arrived at 10 o'clock, the staff had already unlocked the door and started cleaning the room, which seemed unprofessional and strange to me. It seemed that the place was made to make easy money from parties. Things were "carried away" by being. The place just wasn't clean, which showed minimal investment for easy maximum return. I didn't feel comfortable in that place and I really didn't want to be there, for me the place was far from the advertised luxury.

The Management do everything to make you feel at home. Welcome wine , nice espresso machine in the room.... I have definitely enjoyed my stay

very nice comfortable, nicely decorated apartment. decent size room too, with a fully equipped kitchen. clean bathroom. Close to city centre. definitely will use it again.

Great apartment in Bydgoszcz

Excellent facilities, perfectly clean and comfortable. Liked the bathroom and shower very much. Location is great for the city centre, being a couple of minutes walk from the main square and plenty of restaurants and cafés.

Very minor points being that I didn't book a room with a desk because I didn't realise. Also the sound of other guests moving through the staircase and shutting their doors is quite noticeable. Nothing that would prevent me staying again.

very central to old square, plenty of restaurants with many dishes on offer all located within a minutes walk.

Outstanding place to stay in Bydgoszcz

We stayed in apartment 4. It was very clean, the furniture was all very comfortable (especially the beds) and there was even complimentary wine, mineral water and coffee pods. The bathroom was lovely, the shower was excellent and the whole apartment was really warm and cosy for the whole of our stay. We only saw a member of staff as we left (she took our key) but that was fine. The entry system works really well. The location is outstanding!! I'm already planning to visit again in the summer!

Everything new, nice and big bed, nice shower and heating for the towels

Room a bit cold and couldn't rise the heating no matter how many times I tried. And wifi not working.

Great location and well equipped apartment, but not soundproof!

• It was a very bright room with great amenities and it was clean. • The staff were very friendly and helpful despite a language barrier. • Great location and easy to check in! • Very comfortable stay!!!

Overall, very good but: • The shampoo/shower gel was empty and there are no instructions for the kitchen. It would be better if there was a message to tell you what was complimentary as it was unclear. • Not soundproof - there was a lot of noise from other residents screaming and crying at midnight on one night and I could hear next door leaving, coming back and talking. • Staff were not always available but maybe because it is the weekend.

Clean, spacious, mostly silent modern apartments

I rarely find any place perfectly clean -I m quite difficult on the topic-, the flat was not perfectly clean but still very good and better than most. Most importantly, bathroom and bed felt clean and fresh. The flat I had was one of the first prices and was already spacious enough, well decorated, with really good bed (I sleep on my belly and like firm beds). Lightning is well thought, windows block noise well.

If I had to find something that could be improved: - could do better door sound proofing. You barely can hear outside noise but can hear noise from corridors. It s very reasonable though, however with noisy people next door it could be disturbing. - reception is self service style, it helps keep costs low, but for travellers who like to have a permanent receptionist it might be a minus. I personally appreciate that it helps keep cost low for an overall very good accomodation.

Amazing location in the city. Close to main square with all bars, restaurants and cafes. Also close to city public transport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and spacious bathroom. Very nice and helpful staff.

Dream residence , centre of town

Best place to stay if you want to be in the centre of town. Very friendly and helpful staff . Room is fully equipped with kitchen , everything is high quality , furniture bed and supplies .

The provided WIFI is of poor quality, best is to provide yourself for internet access with for instance tethering . The building is in front a a club and a popular bar. If you like these places , it's a plus, but you need to accept noise from drunk people leaving the bar from Thursday evening to Saturday evening/night
