建议老板还是对待客人真诚一些，这样换来的评价可能更发自内心。

离机场挺近的,有个小伙子服务也不错,还带我去超市买东西

我定的是大床房,但是给的我是个小床房。另外预定信息写的是12点半退房，我12:20左右的时候和那个男老板说我要走了，他说：下来再给20马纳特，因为已经超出了退房时间。后来我和他解释：因为没有水无法洗脸，所以耽误了一点时间，之后他放水我洗了脸。他也同意不再要钱。还让我继续在里边呆到下午五点多。

One of the best hotels I stayed in in Tbilisi

Everything. The hotel was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff there are really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to David for the last day surprise ;)

Comfortable

The place was relatively close to the bus station where I had to go in the morning. The room was modern, pleasantly furnished, and clean. No doubt that it was a good value for money. The owner was welcoming.

Great value — no frills.

Good location after an airport pickup. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Breakfast was delightful! Nothing fancy—just delicious.

No elevator to third floor. Carpeting should be replaced. Otherwise clean and neat.

It was overall okay, very clean and fast wifi, GOOD LOCATİON

The staff was very friendly, good location near to the airport bus.

The breakfast has nothing to do with the pictures, it was not a rich breakfast, the staff did not know English and we waited for the breakfast to be prepared....

Disappointing

The lady who prepared breakfast is very nice and kind, gave us double omelette when we asked :)

We decided to pay extra to get double room as a couple, but when we came and check in we got twin room with to separate beds, however paid for double room. they didn’t have such room and when I asked they returned me difference only when I asked for it.

The room very clean and the stuff very friendly and helpful, they ordered for us food from their app. For the breakfast you will feel like you are at a restaurant, they are very generous and welcoming. The hotel is close to the airport.

it was ok but we didn’t feel welcome, that’s strange for Georgia

nice woman that served breakfast

absence of the receptionist, wifi (it didn’t work 3 times and I had to go down to complain about it), no light in the last evening; the shower was bad, had to wait for 3-4 min till the water got warm; there is a big pool after having shower; no slippers as written; really away from the center!! NOT recommended if you want to work online there!

Good clean room, staff was very helpful, there is no elevator, so they helped us with the baggage without even asking. Liked the breakfast.

Not all team can speak English. Location good for airport but not fir people looking for shopping and visiting other places because its not close to central city.
