Room location is not so far from the old town and river. Communication with the owner was fine.
Real beds did not fit to beds on the picture. For one night sufficient.
4.0
location and price, the host is friendly, easy and independent checkin, shared lurches has everything necessary.
too low ceiling in the area of sleeping, you can sit or climb there, the bathroom is small but everything necessary is there.

- There were everything I need on the kitchen, possible to cook
- Nice bed
- Perfect localization, near the tram
- not fast WiFi
- Strange noise while using water in the shower
- nobody clean the room for several days

Location is not far from the station (I recommend rental bike or scooter for communication). There are different shops around.
The mezzanine part for sleeping is so tight, it feels like shelf, it was horrible for sleeping in hot weather because you need to open the window and the noise coming form the street is just too much with a tram passing there. There is almost no ventilation in the common spaces (Kitchen +Hall) as there are no windows.

Everything, no problems at all.
I can't think of anything.

The owner is amazing, she was really helpful and nice. Check-in was quick and clear.
wifi is not the best but it works fine if you are not using it too much

Together with my sister we stayed in one of the rooms at the property. The room was clean, but very small and maybe a 1.2m high to the ceiling over the beds, so it was difficult to move around. The bathroom is also very small with little space to comfortably use. There is some kind of machine in operation that makes very loud noise while using a toilet or a sink. It was impossible not to wake up another person in the room. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the complex, which is basically one apartament divided into separate rooms. Kind of like a hostel but with private rooms. The person in contact was nice and answered all the questions. The room was clean to an eye. We stayed two nights so it wasn't bad, but wouldn't recommend it for longer stays as it can become tiring.

Definitely an advantage of the place is a really nice host, who answered all the questions on the phone immediately (you should better call for prompt answer) and let us keep our stuff an hour or two longer in order to manage to see the city in an extremely short time we had there.
However, we were happy that we had to stay just for 1 night. Otherwise it would have been really uncomfortable.
There is something wrong with the pipe system and every time you want to use water in the room (tap/shower/toilet), there comes an extreme pipe noise. It sounds like being at the big construction site with a huge electric drill and saw working there.
After calling the host, we've got explanation of the situation and we were ensured we could use the water despite tha fact that it seems the pipes are going to explode any minute. However, imagine enjoying your shower or even just having a cup of tap water with that terrifying noise. Impossible. Especially when your travel hours require very late or super early use of shower, for instance. It's not only unpleasant for the ones within the room, but tenants of other rooms of the property and further neighbours definitely had unpleasant experience because of that. The host explained that she knows about the situation and the pipes need to be repaired. But, honestly, it seems that nothing is being done about it.
The rest is bearable, but still not very pleasant:
Low ceiling above the bed.
You have to make a few steps after going up the staircase in order to reach your bed. And this is the place where you hit your head at least a couple of times :D If all the upper space was covered with mattress, t would have been better. But now you have to crawl to your bed and be aware of the ceiling all the time, and somehow you still get your head hit by the ceiling.
Additionally, lack of fresh air in the upper level. There was a fan in the room and also you could open the windows, but because of the noisy street, you cannot have them open during the night and the air is not circulating nicely.

Welcoming and flexible, kind host. Location. Clean and tidy, stylish.
Very noisy

Everything was alright!

Nice to have a couch to chill on.
The room was clean and modern.
Wifi worked well.
Bathroom is tiny but OK.
Easy to find, convenient to get in with the codes sent by the host.
The bed on gallery is a nice idea to free up space but there’s not much air up there. You’re guaranteed to hit your head in the ceiling the first time you wake up there.
There is no air con, just a fan, which is better than nothing, but the busy street and the construction on its other side will send a lot of dust, smog and noise into the room in case you decide to open the window. We had to flip the matrasses as they had craters in them. There’s no double bed option and moving them together does not help a lot due to the gap.
The bathroom badly needs some kind of electrical ventillation - it is tiny and far from the window.
