Absolutely wonderful place to stay Marina and her family have been very helpful and accommodating from start to finish I

Great location and easily accessible to restaurants, shops, beaches and the old town.

Great apartments with everything you need very clean, comfy and spacious and the pool was great!

Perfect!

A really fun stay!

SAUNA! SAUNA! SAUNA! ;) Like most Finns, we are sauna lovers and their new sauna really fullfilled our desires for a Midsummer sauna. The yard had cosy sitting and sunbathing area and a small pool. We booked a basic room which was quite small but clean and had all the amenities (including a washing machine). The owner was super helpful and friendly. Parking space was a huge plus as it's almost impossible to park on the street in Budva. The location is also perfect as there are plenty of affordable restaurant options and it's a short walk from the beach.

We had to ask the other customers where to find the owner and ended up roaming around for a bit before we found her.

Good location and responsive host

It was clean The owner was very receptive Host was excellent Great location Being able to wash clothes for free was pure gold

The shower head did not have a high bracket so we had to use our hands to shower. Also just as a point of concern my partner turned the tv on and there were many free pornography channels available. Not good if you have a family with you. I’m not opposed to it but it should be restricted for adults. If a child turned the tv on then I don’t think that is a great idea.

The room was very clean and we had everything we need. The host Marina was really kind, neat and helpful. We couldn't find a place that's near the beaches and shops. I'm glad we spent our time there . Don't hesitate to complete your booking with them! Thank you for everything

Very nice stay and very nice host

I liked the host , she is amazing wonderful person, and helped us with everything we needed. The price is amazing for the apartaments and for what they offer. The location is wonderful also, very near of everything. The neibhergood is also very nice and safe. I kindly recomand these apartaments to everyoane willing to enjoy a nice stay in Budva.

Lovely, modern apartment in the centre of Budva.

The room was very nice and clean, with a balcony to sit and enjoy the sun on. The location was perfect, with everything you need and the old town within a 15 minute walk. The host was also very helpful.

Check out was a bit early as we had to be out by 10am, although it didn’t matter too much as we had to catch a bus.

We had three studios booked for a family visit. Very spacious and very clean. The rooms were well furnished and in great condition. They have a sauna which can be used on request. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bus station and the old town is under 30 minutes. Lots of restaurants and bakeries around along with a supermarket should you need them Marina was a gracious host and helped us throughout our stay. She arranged for an airport transfer and gave us plenty of information to make the most of our stay in Budva

Host was perfect, sauna is always available, location is perfect, everything is nearby, pretty quiet, Wi-Fi was strong, and atmosphere was safe

due to constant rain the humidity in the flat was a bit annoying, so air wasn’t so pleasant but manageable.

Super location, everywhere you can get in by walk. Very close to supermarket, bakery, or cafe. In 5 minutes you have a few restaurants in very good prices, and with big menu chose. Marina, an owner, is so kindly and helpful, that you have not to worry nothing, just ask her;). Great place to start exploring Montenegro.

sauna, room nicely presented on arrival, very clean and tidy, great place to stay in Budva

was a little tricky to find in the dark on arrival but didn’t take too long!

It was ok, but won't book next time

Apartment is good value for money, relatively close to the centre, located on lively street with shops. Owner is very strict, but helpful.

Dangerous stares to the apartment on the 2nd floor, they're all different size and pretty high. Windows facing other windows and there is no curtains or foil, so you can't have sunlight/fresh air without ppl seeing what's going on at your place. Noisy. Walls are super thin, was sleeping in ear plugs and still can here everything. Corridor door is extremely noisy. Table only at the terrace and it's pretty hard to put umbrella in place, so you can eat in shadow. It's mentioned in listing, that there are free toiletries, but there was no even soap, only toilet paper, be ready 😁 I was told to buy washing powder to the washing machine by myself, which is also smth new for me, in other apartments in Montenegro I stayed it was in place. No cleaning was provided during a week stay. No basics for cooking like salt, pepper, oil. In general it's ok, but there is a big room for improvement to make it more comfortable for the guests.

Good ratio of invested and received

Owners are very approachable and willing to help at any time of the day - THANK YOU for everything. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of restaurants with acceptable prices and very good food. Parking spot. Very quiet place. Clean room with good internet.
