The best location around Boka Bay. Great unobstructed view from the balcony, the actual house is surrounded by the trees and a garden making it secluded from the rest of the town

Big spacious apartment with a stunning view from the balcony opposite the bay of Kotor where you can watch boats and cruise ships pass by. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable and is run by a very friendly host who was very helpful and generous. I would highly recommend a stay there!

We had everything we needed and more.

We loved everything, it’s great value for money. The apartment is fully equipped (really) , it’s got parking space (which is a rare thing in the area), the old city of Kotor is a short drive away, there is also a small beach nearby ( another rare thing) and the owner is very hospitable and reliable.

I can’t think of anything, really.

Well equiped, quiet apartment with great views

A very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, cooking equipment etc.), comfortable (big comfy sofas and garden furniture on the balcony) and clean apartment with amazing views from the balcony. It is slightly off the main road, so it is very calm and quiet. Exactly as on the pictures. The host was very helpful and attentive. No issues with communication (in English). The beach nearby (3 minutes of walking down the road) is small but very pleasant and relaxed. Keep in mind that it is a mix of pebbles and rocks (as almost every other beach around here) so water shoes can be useful (though I managed without them). There are several nice restaurants, a small shop, and a bakery within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Parking was easy. There are spaces available right next to the property, though keep in mind that the road up is quite steep. We had no issues though, and I think the property is actually quite easy to access in comparison to other places nearby. I can highly recommend.

Nice place

Very nice interior! Beautiful view! Lots of goods in the apartment, compliment from owners (some wine and sweets). Very delightful owners, they helped to rent a car in the last moment. Good parking place for the car. We feels like at home. Definitely recommended.

Electric kettle was absent. Last one was broken, and owners had to buy new one.

The apartment is great, we didn´t miss anything, we felt at home. The terrace has a beautiful view of the bay. The owners were amazing, they will fulfill your every wish. If you want to have a super holiday, this is the right place. Thank you Blaženka and Blažo.
