Home away from home

Location right next to skopje square Less than 30mins to reach from the airport Very kind and patient owner for waiting for us and keeping our luggage while we were roadtrippin Clear instructions and guidance to get to the apartment Complete and lovely home

The location is very good

The location of the house we stayed in was excellent. Everything we needed was available in the house, and there was also a parking area.

The shower cabin in the bathroom needs to be replaced, as the door is coming off. Also, the hot water takes a long time to arrive; I sometimes have to wait for minutes. A coffee machine would be nice, and it would be better if there were no parking fees.

Zo centraal als het maar kan, schoon en vriendelijke host.

Vladimir nam de tijd om alles uit te leggen. Het appartement was erg schoon en de locatie is natuurlijk fenomenaal en op loopafstand van alle highlights. Een superfijne plek om te verblijven met goede bedden en faciliteiten.

Super-central stay in Skopje

The owner was very friendly, the apartment is super-central and you have a safe parking spot. The apartment was clean, owner waited for us with the keys, overall a good stay.

The bathroom could do well with a renovation, but it was functional.

The location was great. The house was very clean and big enough for 4 people. Vilademir is the perfect host i have ever seen. I'll definitely stay here next time and i would recommend it to everyone.

Very nice, centrally located apartment

Super clean and comfort room in the best location right in the main square. They also provide parking space. Very polite owner, fast wifi, reasonable price. Totally recommended.

Great option for Central Skopje

Great location and very helpful and accommodating owner. The apartment was spacious and we were able to do some much needed laundry after a week of travel.

Recommend to visit!

The location is just great! It is centrally located in the heart of the pedestrian zone (the main city center) and has a parking place just a few steps from the entrance to the building. Really recommend!

Maybe a bit noisy (as it is in the central location) but you can always close the windows and turn the A/C on during the summer.

Exceptional

The location is spot on, right in the city center, for 4€ a day you also get a parking space. There's a balcony and an elevator.

The windows could use an update as you can hear very well the noice of the square below.

Spacious apartment on a fantastic location

The location is unbeatable. Right in the city center. Easy to find with the good directions of the owner. Parking right in front of the door. The owner is very friendly. We had a good stay. If we ever come back to Skopje, this is the place we will stay.

Nothing really. The room on the street side is a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected if you rent an apartment in the middle of the city center.

We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it especially if you want to explore city center day or night.

The apartment is located really in the city center. The access is easy day and night, so it is perfect to explore the city center. The location is safe, car parking has 24h security guard. Nevertheless that at first you can get the impression access by car can be difficult, in reality it is easy and fast. Therefore it is very convenient if you will need the car frequently during the stay in the apartment.

As the apartment is in the center, there is some noise in the room looking on the main street (which is closed for traffic) from bars. But after midnight all is quiet even on weekends. The apartment is nice and in clean, however small details regarding the cleanliness can be improved.

Great location!

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect. Everything in walking distance. Vladimir was kind and made us feel welcome. Parking was available in courtyard for 4€. Great place to stay in Skopje!

Extraordinary 10/10

I have been second time this year in Arss apartment and will come back agian if my road leads here! The apartment is just great has everything for a short/long stay! The hosts are so kind and extremely helpful,they are online on viber and whats app all the time! The Apartment is so clean and so so central about 20 m away from Main square so that also means that everything is near by walk! Thanks Arss aparman for being such helpful and great host.

Clean and bright apartment!!! Perfect one!!!

It was pleasure being guests! Everything was just great! The apartment is big and so clean.This is what's the most important thing now in this Covid time. I will surely come back to Skopje and especially in Arss apartment. Big 10 for you Arss!!!

I recommend Arss Apartment for all future guests; very nice hosts and very clean apartment in the center of the city.Everything is just 2 minutes walking. It has privat parking that is secured so that is just bonusplus. Just 10 of 10.Thanks Arss Apartment for everything
