After a week staying in different motels, the Waterfront Motel was the best!

Great room and location. Surprising gem.

While the exterior doesn't look impressive, the room was very large, comfortable, and well equipped. We had a balcony overlooking a stream where we took a very pleasant walk. Dinner at the adjacent Waterfront Bar was lots of fun with friendly staff and locals.

A basic fairly comfortable motel

The room was fairly big with a couch to sit on and a drinks table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette was adequate for our needs and the car park was conveniently located in front of rooms. The motel location was OK but was about a 10 minutes walk into the centre of Blenheim. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The picture of the motel on the river is misleading as this is the back of the motel and has no access. The view can be seen from rooms and those that have a balcony. The balconies face west and so are too hot to sit on if its hot and too cold if its windy or cold. The entrance to the motel and rooms is unattractive and difficult to find. The shower was broken and leaked.

Nice view, very adequate unit, everything we required for a stop off overnight. Very nicely situated in centre of Blenheim. Units clean, great size TV, good air con. Staff great

Waited 20 mins to check in. Parking very tight. Need extra pillows.

Great Stay in Blenheim

Upstairs room had a nice view and balcony. Good location for walking around Blenheim and easy accesss to SH1.

Extremely pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Location is perfect for anyone arriving by train - just 2 or 3 minutes walk. It is only a 3 minute walk to the town centre with numerous restaurants. The outlook from the room is excellent with river esplanade view. Extremely comfortable seating - couch, 2 individual chairs, table and 2 dining chairs and balcony furniture should you wish to enjoy being out in the fresh air. Lisa has a wonderful warm friendly manner and made us feel very welcome.

A fabulous find on a late night trip.

The room was fabulous. Plenty of space for three adults. We found that the bathroom was exceptional. Clean and spacious. Great pressure in the shower. The view over the river was a bonus.

A very happy moment in time.

Everything, the friendly welcoming staff, the room, the amenities, very comfortable beds, the close view over the river watching the ducks living their lives, the walking path along the river, being so close to cafes and restaurants the quietness despite being so close to the main highway. Having our excellent Chinese meal delivered to the door.
