A remote piece of paradise

Peaceful remote location next to a great beach that never got really crowded and was completely empty until around 10 o'clock. Host and her niece were very helpful and attentive. Laundry service came very handy. Outdoor showers, beach chairs and a lot of kid's toys were great. The night sky with lights off was a treat!

Fantastic place to wind down and relax

Great and welcoming hosts So close to a fantastic beach and the garden with all toys Very nice apartment with large terrace that is used for dining or just relax. The room is very clean and trash is taken everyday Good breakfast

More power socket in living spaces would be nice

When we first met Theonis for the check in, she told us: "Welcome to my paradise!". That is true.

Incredible location, literally on the beautiful Psili Ammos beach. Excellent hospitality, Theonis is very kind as well as being a perfect host. You have to love tranquility; if you want crowded places, go to the other side of Naxos.

Relaxing secret hideaway PARADISE

Theorie, she is truly sweetheart. Her place catches her positivity and the spirit of this secret hideaway inspiring and very relaxing. The view to the sea is amazing. There are sunbed, Kanu or Kids Toys you can borough for free from her to bring it to the beach. Get up to catch up with the beautiful sunrise and than take a walk at the very long nature Beach. You will start full of energy into your holiday.

One of the best places in Greece

Wonderful location, one of the best (if not the best) beaches we've seen in Greece. The top apartment is fantastic, has everything you need (including 24hr hot water and very good wifi), and is clean, new, and cozy. Especially the view from the balcony is unbeatable both during the day and night sky. The owner, Theoni, is very kind and accommodating. We had a very relaxing vacation.

Theoni, the host, was wonderful! she gave us information about the area, and made sure that we had anything we needed. She supplied a kayak, boogie boards etc, that made our time there full of activities. The location is just perfect - the huge back yard is on the best beach of Naxos! a beautiful sandy beach in a small quiet bay, that made us cancel our plans and stay there. the apartment was exactly what we needed, and we had a great vacation. highly recommended!!!

View is fantastic. Beach is fantastic. Owner is fantastic too. You can borrow a deck chair or beach chair, or even a kayak, umbrella, etc.

A little piece of paradise

We loved everything! Theonis is very welcoming, considering and accommodating. She lives aside the studio, is very available and always eager to help or just discuss (and sometimes she bakes delicious cakes!) The accomodation is clean, very spacious, it has a big terrasse from where you can see the beach The studio is located on the other side of the Naxos island (you need to have a rental to go there) so it's very peaceful and quiet, far from the touristic spots. If you are looking for quiet and relaxed vacation along the beach, you won't be disappointed! Again, thank you for everything Theonis and see you next year hopefully!

A wonderful, perfect place to stay - The Best!

My husband and me stayed in Theonis Villas in August 2021 for 5 nights and it will be hard to describe with only words, how great we felt at this place! It was just perfect, from all points of view. First I wanna talk about our host, Theoni: She is such a wonderful person and gave us such a warm welcome in her beautiful place. The hospitality she showed us, was more than one could await! The apartment we rented was made with lots of love, very clean, and with everything you need for a perfect stay. And, last but not least, it is only a few steps away from a great, lovely, beautiful sandy beach! We loved it to go swimming in the clear, green, wonderful water, above all in the morning hours, where the peace you have on the beach is just great and holy! We hope to get the possibility to come back next year, to enjoy a whole week in Theonis Villas. Thanks a lot Theoni for your hospitality!

Best value, great stay, Greek genuine side of Naxos Island, Pet friendly, 30 m from the beach

The best sleep of my vacations. Theonis Villas was simply the best. Naxos island is pretty mountain. When driving with family to Theonis Villas it took us 1 hour from the Port. The travel through the mountain is curvy and it can be demanding, but it is worst the effort. Our room was equipped with 2 beds, one king bed and one std bed. The room was equipped with a bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom had a good water pressure and temperature control. The kitchen was equipped with the sufficient gear for normal vacations cooking. The A/C was installed in a location in which the cold wind would not blow directly into the beds (+++) and it has the Sleep feature (+++). The cherry on top of the cake, is that Theonis has an amazing beach 30 meters in front of the rooms. Theonis Villas is equipped with beach chairs, beach "beds", a Kayake and beach toys for the kids. It has also near the entrance, normal beach showers. The beach can be windy and sunny but, if you arrive early you can install the chairs under the trees to guarantee that you will have shadow during your beach day; near the main beach you can access to 1 other beach that is better protected from the wind. The sea water can have some small waves in the morning and during the afternoon it was without waves. Sea water temperature was quite great. We travelled with a small dog (our Tommy) and he really enjoyed the stay and the sea. To resume: I would repeat this experience again and again. Theonis Villas is located in a Greek genuine side of the island without mass crowds and without big touristic facilities. It is a place to travel when you want to be without crowds and have peace of mind.

Everything was fantastic. The owner Theonis is absolutely friendly and helpful. Super location, absolute real nature, directly at the sea. Ca 300m long sandy seaside. It is recommended those ones who prefer the real nature, peaceful environment and cloudless vacation. Mobility : Car, motorbike warmly recommended.

Perfect accomodation

Very nice accomodation. The owner is very very kind. She gives you everything you need. Every apartment has see view and you have big garden where you can chill whenever you like. You can take free sunbeds on the beach which is very beautiful too. It was perfect and there is nothing negative.

Calm vacations

- location on the beach, close to nature and other beaches - peaceful vacations, secluded area, you might be alone on the beach - nice apartment with all needed facilities, host very kind, nice yard, pet friendly - beach facilities provided for free (beach toys, sunbeds, beach chairs etc) - 10 min drive from a village with taverns-shops

- breakfast could have more choices - closest restaurant in 10 min drive - troubled internet
