Okey, maar ik zou verder zoeken

Locatie is redelijk dicht bij het centrum

Erg gehorig. Onvriendelijke medewerkers. Bij check in niemand te bekennen, dus lang gewacht zonder iemand te zien. Geen gordijnen op de kamer dus erg licht in de ochtend (vroeg wakker)

Perfect stay in last minute travel in Krakow

Good position, clean and lovely staff

The third bed (sofa in the living room) had uncomfortable mattress, and we had to make ourself finding sheet in the wardrobe. Everything else was perfect

Krakau ist eine sehr sehenswerte Stadt mit sehr jungen Einwohnern. Viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten machen den A

Ausblick von der Terrasse zu Silvester war super. Betten waren sehr bequem.

Ausstattung der Küche ist eher dürftig. Zweites Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, daher musste die Lüftung benutzt werden. Leider hat diese aber immer den Raum aufgeheizt, egal was man eingestellt hat. Hatten zwei Nächte extreme Lärm Belästigung von der Nachbarwohnung. Nach mehrmaligen beschweren an der Rezeption, hat sich das Personal immer gut gekümmert aber trotzdem mit mäßigem Erfolg. Laut Internet wäre ein Übernachten zu 6 möglich gewesen, mit schlafen auf dem Schlafsofa. Für uns erscheint das aber wirklich sehr beengt.

Hubo una gotera en el alojamiento inicial y el chico de la recepción rápidamente busco otro con mejores prestaciones que el original para satisfacernos

Del primer alojamiento, apenas había vistas a la calle. Las ventanas eran muy limitadas de visión y parecía diferente en la imagen.

Lovely apartment with great view.

Apartment was beautiful. Good beds, outside area well equipped. Lovely view into town and of the river. Cleaned every day and very comfortable

Peoples playing terrible music in there outside area during the day but could only hear them when was outside at the same time. Nothing aparthotel could really do about it.

Nice place, would stay in a different room if I was to visit again but lovely hotel.

Great apartment, lovely staff. Had everything you could need from WiFi, towels, toiletries, slippers and air con. Had a really great stay, they even looked after our bags while we spent our final day exploring.

Only downsides were the bedroom was very small and we banged our shins on the bed a lot and also the bedroom walls are paper thin. We could hear next door in bed, in the bathroom, and every time the tap was on or a toilet flushed, it was so loud against the wall waking us up.

So worth the price!!

Great location, everything was literally at a walking distance and there’s cafes and food markets in every corner near the aparthotel. The room was nice and clean, not super big but big enough for 4 people. The bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. Thankful that there was a lift bc we had heavy luggage. Sunset view from our room!

Best choice !

Totally recommended! The location is amazing, overlooking Vistula River, 7 min walking from the old town,2 min walking from the Babel castle. Buses and the tram outside the door, a 24 mini market at the ground floor. Apart from that, the inside of the flat is brand new, so spacious, fine decorated. Large bathroom, top cleaning, the view from the window breathtaking. Can't say more!

It was very good, perfect location, the flat was very clean and the staff were friendly. I’d definitely come back. It wasn’t possible to open the windows. It would have been nice to be able to open the windows to get fresh air in, was not a deal breaker for us as there was an ok ventilation and aircon.

GREAT location - Nice Staff !

Fantastic location - really good value for money ! Short walk to Rynek or Wawel - very handy ! Staff were very helpful and would stay there again !

Rooms are a little noisy from other guests - rooms not well sound proofed.

Great location - only a 10 minute walk from the main square, but quiet enough that there isn't much noise. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout (including allowing for an early check in), and the room worked great for two people sharing.

The bed and reception, they are excellent. The apartment is big and lovely, the kitchen is correct, furniture lovely and bedroom is nice.

The apartment smell like sewage water. We only stay 3 days and I did not request the change of rom.

a great place to visit the old town or a walk along the Vistula. could park our car directly out front of the property,

a great location on the riverside and also a very easy walk into the old town. the apartment building had a large sign on the building which made it easily identified. the staff were responsive and helpful.

At first they tried to put us in go an apartment with no sofa and hardly any space with one bed when I spoke with receptionist they give us a choice of apartments we had a beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor which smelt lovely clean this apartment was more on the level that we had booked

I did like that face that they tried to put us in to an appointment that we never booked it had only 1 bed and no sofa to sit on it was tiny on 5th floor I never booked it it only had to chaires in middle of the floor

Well-equiped and comfortable appartment in the center of Cracow. Would visit again.

Great location, very clean and well equiped and very nice and serviable staff 24h. The beds were comfortable and everything was recent.

The bed in the attic was reachable only through a ladder that was a bit hard to climb, not for all ages. Also the view was to a wall in an inner court and the windows could not be opened (the velux on the roof were nice and ensured the flat was luminous and could be opened, but as the weather was bad we could not open them).

We loved the location and the uniqueness of the rooms (separate bedroom for me and a loft bed for my nephew).

There was a continuous funky sewer smell that was being pushed into the bathroom from the ceiling vent (room 310).

Stylish, roomy apartment stay with helpful staff. Recommend

The room was very nicely decorated and so cute! The loft was perfect for my 9 year old twins. They loved climbing the ladder up to their own space. It was nice for us to have a separate bedroom downstairs. Breakfast was delicious.

The location advertised a 3 min walk to the main square. It felt more like 10 minutes or so, which wouldn't have been an issue at all except it was raining.
