Exceptional

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was great; close to the station and the city centre. Filipa and Ruth made us feel very welcome.

It would have been better if there was an elevator.

Comfortable, attractive apartment with a great location.

Fabulous location, a lovely apartment with a short walk to everything. Lovely idea that someone would be able to meet us and show us the property. I loved the artwork, decor and the spaciousness. The two bathrooms was an extra bonus. Bakery across the road was fab too. Thanks for such a beautiful apartment, our first visit to Portugal.

We had no hot water for the first 20 hours and were pretty hot and sweaty, so we missed most of a day of sightseeing. Both gas bottles had run out of gas, we could have swopped over ourselves if the back up was full. (I'm sure this is not a regular occurrence.)

spacious, well located, comfortable and perfect attention from the host

It’s a big and really cozy apartment. Moreover it is very close to EVERYTHING. Although the apt is located near a busy street it was really quiet.

Beautiful city, enjoyed the boat ride on the river and good seafood.

The apartment is well fitted and beautifully decorated with everything you need. It was super comfortable and very well located. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and provided a lot of information on the area and points of interest.

There was nothing we did not like, but it is on the 3rd floor with no lift so one has to be prepared to carry everything up.

Very nicely laid out and homely and spacious apartment; ideal for a group of friends spending the weekend in Aveiro

Gas and hot water system wasn't turned on before check-in, took a bit of problem-solving to get working. Kettle not working.

with that kind of service I wouldn't go back or recommend anyone else

the woman that met us was very nice and the apartment is really big

the biggest issue was that the apartment next to us was renovating with heavy equipment it woke us up early in the morning and also prevented us from rest in the apartment during the day when we wrote to the owner of the apartment he said he is sorry, but that's it we weren't compensated and we paid full price for an apartment that you couldn't be in most of the day because of the horrible noise that came from the walls of the apartment
