Nulla, tutto perfetto

We loved the grandeur of the Palazzo Cannavina. The decor is exceptional with great attention to detail. The property is in a good location for both the new town and the higher old town. Luca helped us when we arrived and his English was very good. Access to the kitchen for making tea, etc. is good and there is a lovely terrace garden outside the breakfast room.

Beautifully designed space, friendly and accommodating service, and top notch amenities. Had a very comfortable 5 night stay while visiting family in the region, will definitely be back. The location is great for exploring the very charming Campobosso/Molise Region.
There is parking available “nearby”, but it’s not always easy to find. The breakfast service was fairly basic, but also typical for the region (Italians aren’t big on breakfast).

Our visit was tainted quite a bit by the confused Google Maps program running us around and around the town, trying to find it, and our lack of understanding about the location of the place (on the second floor of a building in the middle of a busy town corridor near a lively square, which is probably what confused Google), and that we would have to park on the street (so we didn't really have a good Google aim). I have to say that one of the staff members, Luca, really made up for it by helping me park my car, and getting us checked in, and doing everything he could to make the stay great; he was the highlight. But the decor was quite strange for our tastes; I would call some of it tacky and some of it just over-the-top vulgar or weird. I never felt comfortable there because of that. Could have been just us, I guess. Otherwise, though, it was clean, spacious, and gave us a place to stay for the night.
Decor was quite strange.

Fantastic location to visit the historic centre of Campobasso, and also for the choice of many good restaurants and points of interest. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, with suggestions and making dinner reservations. When we arrived Luca helped with the bags and then went with us to show where to park the car. The suite was comfortable, breakfast excellent variety and flavour. A very pleasing touch was our ability to make tea or coffee, get fruit juice and snacks from the kitchen as we liked.

This is an elegant historic building, with a modern curated decorative touches---interesting paintings of the walls, furniture that reflects a modernist decorator sensibility, and a staircase that says this is a power location. The neighborhood is full of fine dining destinations, a few minutes walk up a steep hill will give a historical panorama of the town's evolution. Breakfast with fresh baked goods and custom coffee, toast and eggs on order. Friendly staff.
Wi-fi service was intermittent. Management was responsive initially, but the problem persisted. The stairs to the palazzo are a challenge for older folks.

The whole property was amazing! Luca was great with helping us with everything from parking our car to dinner reservations. The owner was truly an amazing host. Here home is beautiful and the art work is very unique and fresh. She was also very helpful and her cakes were delicious. She made us feel at home. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Campobasso!
Everything was amazing

Palazzo Cannavina is very unique. Art, sculptures all enhanced our stay. We liked having access to other rooms besides the breakfast room. The kitchen and refrigerator? terrace and conference room.
The bathroom was small. Not much room for hair care and personal products.

The room was stunning! The property is in an old palace dating back to the 1600’s. The owner has redone the rooms to a contemporary style. Fantastic! Location is great, right beside the steps that lead into the Old Town. Staff were very helpful and great to deal with.

Through 109 countries and 18 of Italy's 20 regions, it may have been the nicest room I've ever stayed in. It was funky, a combination old art and modern. The room was huge and comfortable with a balcony overlooking a quiet side street off the piazza.
My girlfriend had a slight issue with the heater but I thought it was fine. It's a huge room, 55 square meters. It took a lot to heat it.

Help with parking and luggage.
Very central location.
No protection against sound/noise – everything is to be heard in and from the room.
Interesting design solutions but some of them are not really practical.
Staff present during breakfast so it is a shame that the most of the offer was convenience food.
