Superb

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, near to the city centre. Everything in the apartment was new and of good quality.

Although the reservation was made for 4 persons (since there is just one room in the apartment the other 2 persons sleep in the living room) the bed wasn't prepared and we didn't have the sheets in the apartments we slept on the couch on our clothes. We didn't get new towels and bed sheets although we stayed for 7 nights. Bed instructions for the meeting point.

Location, location, location. Perfectly situated with easy access to the promenade and grocery store

Nice flat at a great location in Komiža.

Small ants had made their nest somewhere in the flat. There weren't that many of them and they weren't intrusive either, but they were still present all the time.

Lovely apartment close to all amenities

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Having a balcony was very nice. The location is great. Very close to all amenities, but also quiet.

The sofa bed is a bit squeaky. It was still comfortable to sleep on, though.

Very poor

cozy place with nice appliances, close to the center

the place was infested with ants, ants were everywhere, especially in the bed and around the kitchen counter. I was really disappointed with the place's reaction - not only did they mention in advance to throw out the garbage every day (so they were aware of the problem) but once I said to them we were all bitten by ants and it really ruined our holidays - they said the anti-ants powder is on the corridor, which again means that they knew about the problem. Our holidays were ruined, we came home with ants bites all over mine and child's bodies, and ants in our luggage. The place's reaction was really unacceptable. Also, the couch is really uncomfortable

There is only one little thing I would like to mention: It would have been perfect if the towels and bed sheets would have been changed once during our 7 day stay

Amazing

Nice, calm neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to Komiza center and beach. The parking is also relatively close (5 min walk), although it is not dedicated to the accomodation, the appartment cannot be reached by car.

Good

The property was lovely and in a fantastic location. The room was quite small but fine for what we needed. The bathroom was lovely, very modern and clean. The owner was very helpful, and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely consider staying again if I came back to Komiza!

Unfortunately there seemed to be a problem in our room with ants. When we contacted the owner regarding this they were very quick to respond and sent the cleaner round to try and solve the problem however this only lasted a day or so and then they were back!
