Amazing property with amazing staff a little on pricey side but understandable given what you get for your money!

Easy to find, Staff were really friendly and the property was AMAZING well exceeded our expectations. 2 bedroom unit seperate lounge and amazing kitchen and bathroom warm and comfortable with the heat pump in one room and in the lounge and electric blankets for extra warmth if needed. Super clean everything you need in the kitchen. Decor is beyond awesome from the furniture to the wallpaper. Close walk into town. Amazing spot and would totally recommend.

I was very surprised that our 2 bedroom apartment was a large Deco home. Great price for such a huge place. The host was very nice and always ready to answer questions. The place was very clean , and very quiet. Walking distant to the pier and restaurants and coffee shops. Every guest get to have their own parking spot. Also there is a guest laundry too. Best motel i ever stayed at.

Nothing I didn't like. Just wish the bed is firmer. That is just my preference.

Lovely stay and more enjoyable than we envisaged thanks to the accommodation.

Nice size with older high ceilings and plenty of space. The location was good for travelling anywhere in the region and also short walk to Napier City. Car park was close by with plenty of room to park in allocated carpark.

The best motel out of fourteen during our tour of New Zealand.

Everything went smoothly from initial very friendly chat with our Host, through to check-out after an extremely comfortable and relaxed stray.

There was nothing to dislike - accommodation, location and immediate environment were all excellent.

Great location and friendly staff.

Only downside was the size of the bathroom. No towel rails or vanity top. Maybe a couple of towel rails on the back of the door would be a good idea. Otherwise a great unit.

100% recommend this place they allowed us to check in way before Our time we were meant to be there as we were attending concert owners of property were amazing nice and friendly easy too talk too… Ohh and can’t forget their cute little dog Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable…

Great hosts, everything you need & close to town. could just use some fine tuning

the bed was very comfortable, staff welcoming and friendly. we enjoyed how close to everything it was. thanks again

the shower in our room didn’t have very good water pressure when on hot . which is not great when you’ve been travelling all day . room 8
