I was looking for a quiet place to recharge from my work life and it this place did not disappoint. The place was neat and quiet. I really enjoyed being able to look out into the bush area as I have my meals. The owner was highly accommodating and attempted to be as flexible as possible. Highly recommend if you are a single traveler and just needing a place to recharge over the weekend =)

A lovely villa in a great location, convenient to Dunsborough but set amongst the trees. We had a very relaxing stay at A Casinha as all amenities and necessary equipment are on hand. The host is attentive and responsive, providing solutions to queries promptly. We would love to revisit and would definitely recommend.

Nice modern place in a great location. No noise so slept well. Israel explained everything and made things easy for checking in and out. We were happy with our choice to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but ... our friend, in his bedroom, nearly fell on his back sliding on the rug near the bed ... too slippery on the tiled floor. We put them to one side in both bedrooms not to have the problem. Also found the dining chair legs were slipping on the tiled floor as we tried to sit on them, also the reclining chairs were moving as we tried to sit in them, again on the tiled floor. This is just something to consider in case someone else has the same problem when staying. As I say, extremely pleased and enjoyed our stay.

A lovely compact property. Perfect location. Clean. Well equipped. Extremely hospitable owners. Only thing we found was travelling on the main road especially at night, it was difficult to locate. Not a very well lit entrance to the estate. Not the hosts fault but something to note for future occupants.

Israel was wonderful at communicating. The property was great and beds comfortable. Sadly my husband and I got covid so it was cut 3 nights short...we were very sad to come home.

Israel was an terrific and accommodating host during our stay. The villa itself was excellent, new, clean and had everything we needed, and despite the very hot weather was still cool even without needing to use the AC. So close to Dunsborough town too so the location was really handy.

Very good location to visit the surrounding area, 1 minor fault ( nothing to do with the accommodation) it’s very dark when driving at night to see the entrance to the site, some better access lighting would be good

This property is the perfect little villa for a down south getaway. It’s pristine clean, beautiful surroundings and location, modern and well maintained. Could live here forever ! The owner was a joy to liaise with an was so welcoming and accomodating! We will be back :)

The villa is very conveniently located a 2 min drive from Dunsborough city centre. Both bedrooms were a good size with identical bathrooms. Kitchen/dining/living space was spacious for 2 people or cosy for 4. Nice amenities. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout my stay :)

Unfortunately we weren't able to get in to the property until after the check in time of 3pm, and the unit didn't seem to be cleaned properly. The owner did however organise someone to come back and empty the overflowing kitchen bin.

This property is exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Israel was the best host we have ever liaised with. He was lovely and communicated everything clearly for an easy check in. Israel is very accommodating and I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa to family and friends. Beautifully presented property. Has everything you need, plenty of crockery, utensils. Quality appliances. Within walking or riding distance into Dunsborough (approx 15mins walking on a footpath.) Israel a fantastic host. Easy check in and out. Highly recommended.

Very cosy, beds were comfy and the heating excellent. Fantastic location and Israel polite and accommodating. A few small issues with no black tea or enough toilet paper provided and would have liked a cleaning product to give it a once over before we left but otherwise would definitely recommend.
