Todo perfecto. El alojamiento incluía el desayuno y era muy completo. La ubicación es excelente. Una opción perfecta.

L’ubicació i la confortabilitat de l’apartament. Tot molt ben cuida’t i estèticament molt bonic
En un dels apartaments feia fred al bany, no acabava de calfar-se encara que tenia aparell d’aire calent. Un calefactor no haguera estat de més.

Top floor small studio met the basic need. Filling continental breakfast with fresh bread delivered daily. Usable kitchen and easy to recycle. Easy to walk to university attractions. Grocery store within a kilometer (but remember Coimbra is hilly when you bring groceries back).
The noise. First 2 nights a group was making a lot of noise across the street. All night. Closing windows and shutters helped and there is an air conditioning / heating unit in the studio). This was no fault of the lodging. Subsequent nights were delightful sleeping. The rooms are not soundproofed so I can imagine noisier rooms in more crowded conditions.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les différents lieux d'intérêt touristique.
Manque de hauteur sous plafond au 2e étage. Pas d'ascenseur.
Efforts à faire pour petit-déjeuner pour les clients qui restent 2 nuits.

Eduardo was extremely helpful. We had a difficult time buying train tickets, and he stepped in to broker the transaction for us.

The studio was exactly as described, and in an amazing part if town accessible to everything! The morning bread hung on our door every morning was an excellent touch! Really a fun stay!
Nothing to add here

The hosts stock the refrigerator with cheese, milk, juice, salami, water and jams and have teas and coffee available in the cabinet and deliver fresh bread in the morning for breakfast. They also offered very affordable laundry service that returned our clothes within one day. They have maps and a list of recommended places to visit ready for you when you check in and they respond to messages immediately. The air conditioner in the bedroom cooled down the room quickly and kept it cool all night. The location is right across from the botanical gardens and walking distance to the city center. Restaurants are minutes from the front door.
We only stayed two nights.

Great location for a SEF appointment.
Too many stairs are low beams for seniors.

The location is outstanding right beside the University and botanical gardens. The accommodations that we had were spacious, and we like the high ceilings and balconies looking outside. It was very nice to have a separate area with the kitchen table, couch, and kitchenette. Fresh bread for breakfast every morning was great!
The only thing I would change is is having a softer pillow. The beds were firm, which is great for my back.

It is close the the botanical gardens at the college and most places are within walking distance.
lovely little place, everything was clean and tidy.
We thought that there was a coffee shop on site, no problems making our own but run out of coffee on the last day.

The property was clean, welcoming, and cozy! It was also perfectly located… super convenient! We rented a car for a couple of days and finding street parking was also easy.
Our room had two very low diagonal ceiling beams, and that was a bit of a problem, as my husband and I are fairly tall. We were both careful about it, but still hit our heads a few times.

The location was excellent- just outside the city walls but with easy, free on-street parking. The apartment was stocked with a variety of tasty breakfast items, and the very personable owner delivered fresh bread each morning in time for breakfast.

Great location.
There was very little personal face-to-face interaction with staff. It would have been nice to see if I was finding everything I needed in person. The stovetop was difficult. Never did get it to work. I did let Eduardo know I needed help with my suitcase when I left and he did help me early in the morning. Beside that, I felt a little bit ghosted. Not a good feeling when you’re a solo traveler.

The host was very nice. Location was very good, close to all the city attractions by foot. Every morning you get fresh bread. The rooms are big with high ceiling, and everything was new and modern inside.

We had a very enjoyable experience staying here while visiting Coimbra. It was nice to have our own little apartment vs a hotel room, and we enjoyed breakfast at the table under the beautiful windows in the morning while we planned our day. The location is fantastic and is right next to the aqueduct, botanic gardens (must visit!!) and University of Coimbra. We found several nice restaurants and pubs nearby, too. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
My husband, who's a pretty big guy, thought the bed was a bit firm and uncomfortable. It wasn't the best, but I thought it was fine.

The apartment suite is located close to the University. Warning, if you book a suite here be aware that the attic rooms have a sloping ceiling and cross beams with low head-space. These suites are quaint until you bang your head on the beams a few times and then the place becomes just annoying. The beds are verThe breakfast was a self-serve breakfast. For the two nights we stayed, the host provided four eggs, some cheese, a few slices of meat, two restaurant patties of butter and jam. Fresh buns were delivered each morning. y comfortable and the units very clean. The cooking facilities were fine with a couple of pots, frying pan and dishes.
Although advertised as having parking, this parking is on the street, and you have to find it yourself. We found a place about a block away on a side street.
As noted above, the attic units have beams across the rooms that restrict head room. If you are tall (more than 5'10"/170 cm) you will bash your head a few times.

The location is just off the central part of the old city. This means access by car and parking was easy. Once parked we could walk to all the main sites.
My husband kept hitting his head on the low beams. At 5’4”, they did not pose a problem for me.

This was a great little apartment that was clean and well stocked. The breakfast provided was just right and we especially enjoyed the daily fresh bread. Great location- lots of life in this city from the University students! We had access to everything we needed and all was walkable.
All was good.

The studio was very cute, having all one can possibly need to feel at home.
It is very close to the University.
The idea of providing warm bread in the morning was original as well as welcome.
Also, there was a book in the night table, which was also an original idea.
The mattress was uncomfortable.
The studio in the attic may be dangerous if you are 1.8m tall and you do not mind your head (even being careful, I hit my head a couple of times).
Perhaps it was the time of the year (second week of classes) but the area was a bit noisy at night.

The owner provided some items for breakfast, including tea, yogurt, cheese, fruit, and fresh bread every morning, which was really lovely. The housekeeper was very nice and the studio was very clean. And the restaurant around the corner was great, if you don't want to walk into the old town to eat.
One night that I was there, the person in the apartment above me was a bit stompy. It's an older building, so that's not surprising, but if you're noise-sensitive you might want to get an apartment on the top floor.

Lovely reception from our host. The apartment is very well located and it was easy for us to park the car in the street nearby. Laundry service was convenient at EUR10. Everything in the apartment worked well. Leaving fresh bread rolls in the morning was a welcome touch together with the well stocked fridge.
The kitchenette really is a kitchenette with only 1 hob so it's a bit hard to cook anything, just an observation though.
