Historic. Terrific staff.
Accessibility with luggage. A bit of a hike. But dictated by location.

The place is unique, one of a kind. Extremely clean, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, location was spot on in the art of the old city. Comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast. When ever we'll come back to the area, will definitely go back again
Nothing not to like

Charming location off a cobbled laneway in the heart of the Old City of Akko. Original building modernised for comfort without sacrificing the charm of authentic interiors. Atmospheric and delightful! Breakfast was varied, delicious and plentiful.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

The eclectic vibe. The style of the property. The charm. The beautiful and plentiful breakfast and the lovely staff
The bathroom was a bit small and rundown. Getting to the property with suitcases wasn’t easy. The smell in the room as a result of the walls wasn’t pleasant.

The staff was great: very helpful and friendly (especially our Latvian friend). The location is amazing to experience Acco. The style was very nice. Breakfast was really good too. Would recommend it to everyone!
Minor detail: Our bathroom had a slight sewage smell.

This is an amazing boutique hotel, right in the center of the old city. The staff were amazing, the room is big and very unique. The breakfast was very good as well.
There is tea and coffee available 24\7.
Lots of places to eat and drink within couple minutes of walking.
The bed was a little tough for my taste, but it didn't really bother me - we had an amazing night sleep.

Amazing atmosphere! Located old restored building with high arched ceilings right in the midst of the old city. The rooms are huge and beautiful. The staff very friendly and the breakfast is great.
very inaccessible both due to the parking situation but also a lot of stairs and narrow doors. we had a baby stroller and it was tough (but the staff helped a lot)

Location, ambiance of the room, breakfast, staffing.
Paper- thin comforter. Adding better linens would make this property perfect.

We loved the old building and our room which had been so well renovated. Mihel could not do enough for us. We were there on Yom Kippur which made travel and eating a challenge so we were really grateful for Mihel allowing us to join his friends for a wonderful meal on Yom Kippur.
We were challenged by the location and Yom Kippur did upset our plans
