the location is very helpful especially if it's your first time travelling in BCLD City I think that's the only thing I like about it
the aircon was broken, the shower heater was broken, there were no toiletries, the toilet flush button doesn't work, the bathroom was not sanitary it was the worst bathroom of a hotel-like I've ever seen and the water coming from the faucet smells like rust like wtf? please fix the upper problem in order to gain customer trust and mouth-to-mouth advertising. overall, will not book again unless problem are addressed.

The staff weren’t so nice.

Dirty CR and no rugs available

I like the location of the property, just along the main road, Lacson St. The aircon and Cable TV are functioning. The staff are accommodating.
The room is not sound proof so you will hear the people talking at the lobby, the music at the first floor. But it is okay, just put your headset.

the location
the room smelled like used oil, we were transferred to the next room but the smell is also there because it was adjacent to the kinoboy bar’s kitchen — so it felt like an we got a kitchen exhaust fan of cold air :( for instance our sheets, even if they’re newly changed, smelled like used cooking oil. We also noticed there was no security guard everytime we checked and the gate was just wide open even at midnight, it’s a bit unsettling to stay safety wise. kindly clean up the parking area on the back entrance /parking. I really loved the location and it has potential for more guests - perhaps work on these comments for improvements.

location was about 20meters from the national highway. there is a coffee shop nearby and the diner behind it served good food. water is free. we stayed another night in the main building and wifi was good there.
room was not as advertised in the website. instead of the main hotel, we were placed in their "Annex" building which looked like a short time motel. AC was dirty, bathroom was moldy and filled with cobwebs. didn't have wifi during our first night stay. if we probably booked directly with the hotel and paid about P200 more, i think we could have stayed in the main building on the first night.

I like the staff who was very helpful. I happened to have left my phone charger at home and I had to look for a store to buy one. The staff assisted me to get a trike to buy one. It is a good place if you are traveling for work like me. Just a place to stay with a degree of privacy and a place which is accessible to almost anything that you need. The room was spacious so I could move around and glide and stretch in the morning. Great stay!

It was near the main street. It was in the city, near to SM Bacolod and Ayala Mall. It has a car park, The room has bedside tables.
The building looks old and quite dirty. In the CR, the toilet was small and was obstructed by the door. The shower head was not at best condition though it's functional. The outlet in our room was far from the bed.

the property is not well maintained, it was dirty, i saw trasg every where even at the side of thw refrigerator,
i pay for a decent room but they assign me another one that is lower the value of what i pay for.
i pay for a room with the following inclusion
tv
aircon
toiletries
towel
wifi
cloths rack
sucket near bed
but they gave me a room with no sucket near bed,
no cloths rack the tv is not working, no doormat the only toiletries i recieve is a piece of tissue paper and 1 tiny soap. seriously??? 1 tiny soap for 2 person staying for 3 days and 2 nights.
the doormat is also disgusting its just a piece of torn towel.
the window is full of dust and the cabwebs

Staffs are friendly and kind.
Location of the hotel are nearby restaurants and landmarks.
Wi-Fi connection and cellular signal are available.
Beds are comfortable, shower heater and air-conditioning works well.
Ports for charging all works, lights are all working.
TV works, but the Sky Cable Digi box doesn't work.
Water pouring all over through the room from the bathroom when used.
Rooms are not soundproof, so we keep on hearing our neighbors moaning and doing their thing on our whole stay.
There's a bar located at the ground floor of the hotel and it's noisy on Friday nights.
The main doors are closed from 10PM onwards because they don't have security personnel but they have someone to open it incase you'll be out until midnight.
