Sehr schöne und hochwertig ausgestatte Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns, was Qualität und Ausstattung anbelangt, sehr überrascht und war hervorragend. Sie ist, so wie vermutlich das ganze Haus, hochwertig modernisiert und saniert worden. Das Haus ist optisch das schönste Haus der Stadt. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Das Bett war gut, aber die Matratze sehr hart und hätte etwas weicher sein können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war, trotz schlechter Englisch Kenntnisse unsererseits, sehr gut. Der Gasgrill auf der Dachterrasse konnte, nach Rücksprache und Funktionsprüfung mit dem Vermieter, genutzt werden. Die Lage in der Altstadt von L'Arboç ist eigentlich schön. Warum "eigentlich" schreibe ich noch bei was uns nicht so gefallen hat. Entsprechende Geschäfte, wo man alles Erforderliche bekommt, sind in der Straße vorhanden und kann daher alles zu Fuß erledigt werden. Nach anfänglicher Schwierigkeit am Ankunftstag einen Parkplatz zubekommen, war auch die Parkplatzsituation OK und wir haben immer in direkter Nähe einen Parkplatz bekommen.

Leider ist die Dachterrasse 2 Stockwerke höher und Aufgrund des damit verbundenen Aufwands konnten wir dort leider nicht im Freien Frühstücken. Der Balkon ist auch nur etwa 50 bis 60cm Breit. Wie schon geschrieben, ist die Altstadt von L'Arboç eigentlich schön. ABER, sie ist sehr dreckig! Überall liegt Müll rum, den der Wind auch noch schön durch die Gegend fliegen lässt. Eigentlich wird gereinigt, aber hinterher sah es kaum besser aus. Wir konnten jemanden dabei beobachten, der durch die Altstadt gelaufen ist und die Reinigung durchgeführt hat. Er hatte keine Lust daran, seine Arbeit ordentlich zu machen, Richtige Restaurants sucht man in L'Arboç leider auch vergebens und selbst in näherer Umgebung sind kaum welche zu finden, haben nicht geöffnet, oder bieten nur schlechtes Fastfood an. Und selbst in "richtigen" Restaurants haben wir, trotz eigentlich sehr guter Bewertungen auf Google, schlechtes Essen bekommen. Bestes Beispiel war eine Pizza, die nicht selbst gemacht war, sondern vermutlich aus dem Supermarkt stammte. Was also das Essen anbelangt, waren diese 2 Wochen Urlaub in dieser Gegend leider ein Reinfall! Trotz der tollen Wohnung würden wir unseren Urlaub daher leider nicht mehr dort verbringen.

Perfecta escapada de fin de semana.

La decoración y el diseño del apartamento son fantásticos. Parece una suite presidencial de hotel. La localización inmejorable en el centro del pueblo.

No es cosa del apartamento sino del pueblo, pero no puedes acceder con el coche al alojamiento, has de dejarlo en un parking fuera y caminar 5 minutos. No es molestia, es solo por información.

Geweldig ruim appartement op unieke locatie

Prachtig appartement op unieke locatie in authentiek Spaans dorpje. Erg vriendelijke host die snel reageerde. Alles is goed in dit appartement, complete keuken, goede badkamer en fijn bed, ruim woonkamer. Absoluut een aanrader!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wunderschöne Wohnung. Tolle Einrichtung. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone mit diversen Geschäften. Es sind aber Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Alles blitzsauber. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Again, a wonderful stay!

It's our second time here. Everything is as wonderful as in the memories, with high quality and attention to details. I really miss the good sleep there, thanks to all the comfort! It's also easy to prepare food, sort garbage, and do laundry. In addition, the story of the renovation of this place from the website is fascinating. I hope we'll have more opportunity to come back for longer stays in the future!

Almost nothing as everything is so good already! It would be great to have a laundry drying rack for indoor use. Maybe it would reduce the frequency of dishwasher usage if more coffee cups and dishes are provided.

Beautifully and tastefully renovated apartment, fully equipped, centrally located in a quiet settlement.

The accommodation is wonderful, one of the most beautiful apartment we have visited so far. We had a great time in these few days, we rented a car, so we were able to explore the area as much as we could in 5 days. (L'Arboc, Castellet, Sitges, Barcelona, Montserrat, Solsona..)

Tranquilidad y comodidad

Lugar muy tranquilo sin ruido, apartamento muy bien acondicionado, no le falta de nada. Todo muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto Rosa nos atendió muy bien al recoger las llaves

Die Lage des Hauses, in dem sich die Unterkunft befindet ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung überzeugte uns auch nach unserem fünften Aufenthalt erneut. Wir können dies Unterkunft und deren Vermieter immer nur wiedeR aus bester Überzeugung empfehlen!

Nothing. The village is very quiet and livable. If you are looking for many restaurants or night life you'll need to move a bit. Having a car is required.

It was amazing! It was hot outside but there was a air conditioner which was working really well. We went to Barcelona (

It’s exactly like the photos! It has a balcony and an access to the rooftop. We didn’t see anyone on the rooftop while we were there almost every evening for the sunset. The apartment is really great. 15 minutes from the beach, in the middle of a little city. It’s easy to park and the parking is free.

I have nothing bad to say honestly.

Magical luxury

The apartment is beautiful, we were very pleasantly surprised. The whole house is beautiful, on the main street in a quiet small town, 10 minutes by car to the beach. Our host is a very kind and nice person, he give us beach chairs and an umbrella, thank you for everything. The apartment is beautiful, modern, with wonderful historical details. The apartment is very comfortable and luxurious. We would love to come back again.

The parasol on the terrace did not work, but otherwise sitting on the terrace is fantastic.

Little Gem in a small Spanish town 30 mins from beaches and winneries

Beautiful and well appointed appartment in a lovely old building in the old part of town. Very comfy bed, great shower and all mod cons including nespresso coffee machine. Stunningly appointed. Only 30 to 60 mins drive to Barcelona, Sitges, the winneries and Monserrat.

The town was not a great tourist location. Restaurants were few and most were closed during our stay. Good supermarket close by though so we were able to cook and eat in

Perfect apartment for a relaxing stay!

Everything! It's spacious, very beautifully decorated, and super comfortable with everything we need and with high quality. It even has access to a rooftop terrace that has amazing views of the surroundings. The location is very quiet and close to good shops, restaurant, bakery, and bars. It's also easy to access the main road to various locations for outdoor activities in the mountains, and relatively close to the airport. Last but not least, the host Esteve is very friendly and helpful to us, making our stay really smooth and relaxing. We really had a perfect time and want to return as soon as possible!

Almost nothing! Maybe just a small detail, it would be great to have a separate drying rack that we could use to dry clothes inside. With the lines at the balcony, it also works fine but not as easy as one indoors.

Ball de Baton ..... Was fantastic to watch...

It was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in... So much room. Superb decor..and very well equipped. Great location in the center of town .. Lovely Patisserie next door and then a very friendly bar next door to that ..Great beer 🍺🍻.. Thing I loved the most, were the church bells ringing ... So nice to rest and listen to, after a good day out.

Beautifully restored. Thoughtfully appointed. Public parking was convenient and we had no issues. Strong, reliable wifi. Full kitchen. Exploring the area was wonderful! We enjoyed Barcelona (train station in town with R4 taking you to the city), Montserrat, wineries producing Cava, the beaches...highly recommend!

If you read this be aware you just found a jewel! Located in a beautiful architectural house in a charming and calm village about 15 minutes from the beatches. The appt had everything you need and is full of materials of high quality. It will be very difficult to find a appt that is even more beautiful than this one. Owner is very friendly as well.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of the town. Sparkling clean and very well equipped. 10-15 minutes drive from the beach. Very nice small town with friendly people always wishing to help. Rosa was so friendly and super helpful. We really enjoyed our time there.

Nothing bad to say about this apartment, only one suggestion. It would be much nicer to have a curtain to cover the window between the bathroom and the bedroom because when you turn on the light in the bathroom at night, it makes the bedroom brighter as well.

Wonderful experience

The apartment is recently renovated and you have everything you need: washing machine, dryer for the clothes, dishwasher along with a fully equipped kitchen. You are having curtains for having a long sleep, but it may become very dangerous as we have slept like 14 hours.

The only downside is the parking which is on a public space free of charge, but it may become crowded.

Exceptional stay, sparkling clean and well equipped apartment

Apartment was much better than I even expected! Facilities, furniture, and cleanness was on spot. Supermarket is some meters away. Parking is also close which was safe to leave the car overnight. Overall I was very satisfied about the apartment.

The downside for me specifically, was the route which I had to take every day between work destination and the apartment. Although it took like 15 - 20 minutes at maximum but it's small road between small cities and villages. During rain and night, this wasn't the best conditions! if you don't have this issue, or you are fine with such roads then nothing negative in the apartment

Thoroughly enjoyable 10/10

The best apartment we have ever stayed in. From the warm welcome to the excellent facilities. We wanted to stay away from the coast and tourists. Two excellent restaurants in the street on good little local bars.
