We just LOVED everything! The place, the family and owners, the animals, the Croquet team players, the farm, the swimming pool, the meals, etc, etc, etc But the thing we liked the most was the concept of the Centre. The reason why was created, to whom was created, how it is managed and the happiness that brings to those who have the opportunity to stay @ the Centre. It over passed my expectations by far. You followed your dreams allowing others to have the opportunity to follow theirs as well. That is a wonderful mission! You are such a lovely family THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. ❤️. You may be sure we will come back over and over again.

I was dreading the visit in all honesty, thinking the centre would be full of screaming kids due to it being family friendly, but that wasn't the case. The animals were very well looked after and the site was extremely tidy and well kept. Service was amazing; we were met by the host, she showed us to and around our room and we were given the key fob for the gate at the entrance. Breakfast was limited although everything was nice. The pools are great- 1 shallow one for the kiddies and a deeper one for the adults, both have umbrellas and lounges. Covid-19 was recognised and protocols were in place to maintain social distancing and safety. The area was a bit out of the way from any attractions, we did have to drive quite a bit but overall we really enjoyed our stay - thank you Centre Algarve!!

The TV was wall mounted - for such a small screen and how high it was mounted, it was very difficult to watch from the bed in the evenings. The TV didnt have any English channels so we couldn't understand anything but we didn't visit Portugal to watch TV - this is something the centre could probably improve on as I understand they accommodate a lot of Portuguese locals. The room itself was a little unclean - hairs in the fridge, sink & bath, nothing that I couldn't clean though. There was a foul smell (sewers) coming from the toilet/bathroom. We vented the room by opening the small window and that seemed to help. The taps on the sink didnt run hot - blessing with the hot weather but some may wish for hot water from the hot water tap.

It's hard to express just how well set up and cated for this place is. The attention to detail and range of facilities is exceptional. As a family with a 4 year old we couldnt have imagined better value, the hardest thing was convincing our daughter to leave to go out for the day as there was so much to occupy her on site.
