An awful place

The only redeeming feature of this hotel is location. It is a three minute walk from Terminal 3

This is a soulless property. The interior is without style. Our junior suite reminded me of a hospital ward. The extra bed was a fold out lumpy sleeper-chair. The food, including breakfast, was disgraceful. The hotel did not honor the price quoted on Booking.com (claiming that local taxes had increased).

A good stay

The hotel is very close to airport, there is the free shuttle train to airport, just 1 minute walking distance from hotel to train station. The room is spacious and clean, the layout is very good. And the price is a very fair price

駅(ターミナル3)から徒歩5分ほどで、アクセスが非常に良かったです。また、ビュッフェ式の朝食は、パン類、フルーツ、チーズ、生ハム、ヨーグルトなどなど、どれもとても美味しかったです。特におすすめはフルーツヨーグルトとクロワッサンです。飲み物類も充実していて、コーヒー、紅茶、フルーツジュース、牛乳、アップルジュースなどがありました。

1つはホテルのWi-Fiです。時間帯によっては全く繋がらないときがあり、その間はインターネットを一切使うことができませんでした。もしかしたら、私が滞在したときだけ運悪く繋がらなかったのかもしれませんが、改善していただきたいです。 2つ目は客室内の清掃及び修繕状況です。バスタブ付きの部屋を利用したのですが、浴槽に目立つ傷があったり、排水溝の掃除ができていなかったりと、少し残念でした。また、部屋の壁も結構傷んでいたので、写真の印象とは全く異なりました。

A hotel at airport

The hotel is located nearby the Roissy airport and there's supermarket at Roissypole where food and drinks could be bought. The Paris style breakfast is good and breakfast is available starting at half past of five o'clock in mornings.

we were very happy with our stay

Its close location to terminal 3 . There was a prompt response to an issue with the shower / hot water .

There was no information that I could find on how to contact reception when needing to report the shower issue . I had to report in person to reception. I also had issues with the television

It was okay

Breakfast was fine. Facilities fine.

The whole hotel was super hot and we couldn’t adjust the air. The drains in the bathroom were super slow

A bit weird finding your way to your apartment and the breakfast was pretty basic.

Great location for flight connections

The accommodation was well located next the airport. The rooms were basic but for an overnight stay were comfortable and did the job. A breakfast with plenty of options was also provided

A good option for those with early and/or late flights as close to airport.

Perfect location for access to airport. A 2 minute walk from the Terminal 2 airport train line. Great directions provided from the Hotel beforehand which made the Hotel easy to find. Clean room. Nice, simple restaurant on site which is open until late. This was very handy when we checked in as was availability of breakfast before leaving the next morning.

Television in the room did not work (would not turn on) and shower alternated between very hot and very cold. Poor air conditioner; we could not manage to get it working during our stay.

Si la situation de l'hôtel n'était pas si intéressante après un très long voyage, nous n'irions plus

situation proche de l'aéroport : très utile pour éviter de prendre la voiture après un voyage de 13 heures.

- Chambre nettoyée sommairement (des papiers trainent derrière les rideaux, vitre sale, moisissure dans la douche) - Aucune commodité : pas de bouteille d'eau, pas de mouchoir, produits d'hygiènes limitées (gel douche et c'est tout...) - Petit déjeuner : Très limité à 4H30 : café, brioche, viennoiseries mais pas de pain ou céréales. Celle-ci ne sont disponibles qu'à partir de 5H30...Alors que cette partie du buffet est déjà dressée avant 5H...Pas grave me direz vous ? Oui, si grâce au jetlag, nous n'étions pas réveillé vers 3H30. Il nous a donc fallu attendre 5H30 pour un petit déjeuner convenable avant de prendre la route et de tomber dans les habituels bouchons parisiens. Ce qui ne serait pas arrivé avec une ouverture du buffet à 4H30 (d'ailleurs, sauf erreur de ma part, il me semble qu'il y a quelques année, le buffet était bien ouvert dès 4H30) Quand on compare ce que propose le japon pour une situation de l'hôtel encore meilleure (dans l'aéroport d'Haneda Tokyo) et un prix équivalent, les hôtels français sont vraiment dépassés. Je plains les japonais, habitués à une qualité de service largement supérieure pour un prix moindre, lorsqu'ils débarquent dans les hôtel français, et pour tant ce pays les fait rêver...
