Un incanto di soggiorno

La posizione che permetteva di godere di un panorama mozzafiato, poi l’appartamento ha avuto un recente intervento di restauro davvero ben fatto e gli arredi sono stati scelti in armonia con il contesto. Tutto molto curato e pulito.

Peaceful stay in a special location,

It truly is a magical place! I immensely enjoyed the town itself and wish I could have stayed longer. L’Incanto is a beautiful property.

The only thing that could improve would be to have a mini split air conditioner in the bed room. Thankfully I opened all the windows and went to dinner late, so it had cooled down by the time I was back to go to bed. That week Italy was having a heat wave!

A perfect apartment in a magical town with a garden to boot!

The apartment is lovely, beautifully appointed and comfortable. The apartment has the loveliest garden that overlooks the valley and mountains beyond. I could not have asked for more! The hosts were quick to respond and provided all the necessary information to make my stay ideal!

Truly amazing experience!

This place was totally amazing. The inside felt very midieval and was appointed so well. The terrace and views were incredible-it even had a little grotto. We will definitely return!

This is really recommended place to stay inChivita.

The location is exactly in the Chivita small village. Perfect view, the building is nicely old style made of the stone blocks. The equipment is very modern. The owner is very kind to let us know all the details about the access to parking garage and the apartment. The walk from the parking to apartment is about 10 to 15 minutes but it is steep bridge. I do recommend to put easy shoes for such walk.

Beyond amazing

This is by far the best stay we ever had in our lives.. the place is just unbelievably beautiful and well thought through. We wish we knew it would be like that so we can book another night.

the only thing to notice here is the long and steep walk from the parking to the apartment. the is a luggage service but you still need to walk it by yourself. but… it is definitely worth the walk

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location

The property was spacious and clean. There was immaculate attention to detail and the space accommodated all our needs including tea and coffee set. It was a gorgeous place to stay and very well located, close to the restaurants and bars.

amazing cozy apartment, outstanding location in a magic little town

Chiara was very timely and helpful; the little town is magic and the apartment location is outstanding. no problem with finding the keys, the cafe where breakfast is served, and the internet connection was absolutely fine.

the place is not cheap, but definitely worth it!

Amazing room. The viewing from a little garden is special.

Heating system in the room accidentally didn’t work…It was cold…We always wear down jacket in the room.

Like a castle

What a magical location! Sadly we were only able to stay one night, but it was wonderful and we would have happily stayed longer! Chiara provided great, detailed instructions with photos for easy parking/check-in, and was very timely in all of our communications. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos can capture. And that garden? Amazing!

the balcony was fantastic! Big room and atmosphere was great.

It would be fantastic if breakfast was on the balcony! Needs an air freshener because it smelled like spice from kitchen all over the apartment. Complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator is the least expected from an accommodation like this.

Far far to expensive, cigarette packs from other guests in the bin. You can not print A parking ticket while travelling, so expensive parking. Wrong communication

Beautiful apartment, all on ground level in an Etruscan building. Our host was very responsive.

Breakfast was at a local cafe/bar and was very good.

The only thing we did not like was walking the bridge getting there.. long with some steep parts and very difficult on a person with bad knees. This is not a reflection on the apartment. It is the only way to get to the town, but well worth the walk.

Fantastic!

Fantastic! Renovated an old building on the cliff at the edge of Civita's old town with a great sense of architectural design. The old stone space with hundreds of years of history and the modern and sophisticated interior design are in harmony. It is clean and comfortable, with everything I need to stay day and night. Luxurious, calm interior space and breathtaking views from the clifftop terrace. There is an ancient cave under the terrace, and the view from the cave balcony is even more majestic.
