Good location to the supermarket, the pharmacy , and bus. A quiet, peaceful place to enjoy a nice break in our travels .
Kitchen utensils, glassware were rather sparse but adequate. Gas burners on stove needed matches to consistently light automatic lighters only worked on one burner.

The property has an ant infestation and an owner who lacks awareness and does not think it is an issue. My girlfriend and I checked in late on our first night of our 4 night stay, we were checked in after contacting the host just before midnight. We were checked in by the lady who was upstairs and everything went smoothly. After about an hour we realized there was an ant trail between the baseboards of the bathroom door with many tiny ants. We didnt want to leave as the apartment had a kitchen and was generally nice, so we killed many of the ants before going to bed and patched the cracks with some tape. In the morning we found ants all over the bathroom (walls, floor, shower, sink, toilet, towels) and making their way into the rest of the apartment. We immediately packed up and left, informing the host of the infestation and sent along photos. He then replies that we should have stayed and not "run away" and that the woman upstairs would come and fix the issue because "ants aren't crocodiles". The only way to fix the issue would be to patch all of the cracks in the bathroom and use some ant killer. My personal favorite touch is after informing the host of all the issues he insinuated that we were lying because we wanted to stay closer to the city center and that it's "IMPORTANT TO TELL THE TRUTH".
Please do not stay here, not because of the property, though I hope the host fixes the ant issue (though I don't think he will) but because of the host himself and his lack of care for his guests.
I wish I was able to upload videos as the photos don't do it justice.

- I stayed for 4 nights
Sofa bed is not comfortable, if you are planning with family I wouldn't recommend
- House is located in blind spot main road of a hill, very difficult and risky to enter with car and is dangerous
- Mosquitoes and ants , my kids had all over the body mosquito bites
- No vacuum cleaner
- Kitchen vessels are age old and not usable , so if you plan for cooking , this is not an option, also no lighter or match box provided
- Washing machine runs for hours and no detergent provided

Excellent location of the apartments. We went to different beaches by car in 15 minutes (Spiaggia La Perla, Spiaggia di Tordigliano, Bagni Regina Giovanna)
The owners are nice, kind and helpful people.
I was satisfied with this place and can confidently recommend it to others.

We had a spacious room with a kitchen for a week, and used it as a base to explore the surroundings by car. Rental car from Rome Airport.
I had some remote work mornings/daytime and we went out in the evenings.
There were several good restaurants close by (Pizza/Pasta/Butcher with Steaks & Burgers/Gelateria), and also a grocery shop.
Please note that the Sorrento area is quite steep, so driving and walking can be challenging.
Our room window was facing immediately a street, so it took me a day to adjust to the noise of passing by cars.
The internet was quite unstable.

The host was very welcoming, generous and ready to solve any problem. The wife offered us a lift to the beach the first day. They were happy for us to do late check out with no extra charge based on the avilability of the studio, this has made our life easier.
The view from the window is so beautiful. The studio is big which i can consider it as one bedroom flat. Supermarket , pharmacy and local pizza reasturant were avilable in 2 minutes walk. A cafe shop, another restaurant and dessert place are 4 minutes walk.
