La vue sur le cirque depuis la chambre est vraiment superbe. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. De plus nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés.

Excellent, on serait bien restés davantage

Très bien situé dans Cilaos, personnel disponible et accueillant . Belle vue sur le cirque, une cuisine commune impeccable et bien appréciable. Bon petit déjeuner. Décoration de bon goût et un jardin à disposition particulièrement agréable et bien entretenu, à l'image de l'ensemble de l'établissement. Je recommande fortement, tout était parfait

Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre. Avec une grande terrasse. Équipée d’un frigo. Salle de bain spacieuse également. Magnifique vue côté terrasse et côté salle de bain. Petit déjeuner complet, avec possibilité de manger à l’intérieur ou sur la terrasse du jardin. Propriétaires accueillants, qui vous conseillent sur les randonnées, restaurants de la ville. Il s’agissait de notre 2e séjour à Cilaos, première fois à la Villa Kazuera, qui propose un meilleur rapport qualité prix que l’hôtel où nous avions séjourné la première fois (pour un tarif similaire). Nous recommandons à 100%

Fantastic

Beautiful modern rooms with great balcony views, nice yard and garden, shared kitchen space was clean, fridge in room. Quiet area but short walk to main street.

For some people having to use the kitchen before 7 or after 10 may be an issue but you can just have their reasonably priced breakfast (we ate early) during those times.

On recommande la villa ! Ambiance chaleureuse, très propre et équipement de qualité.

Les gérants sont fort sympathique ! L’hébergement est très qualitatif, bien décoré et avec une super literie. Il y a un accès à une cuisine commune qui ce qui est très pratique.

Rien a dire ! Malgré un temps pluvieux nous avons passé du bon temps dans la villa !

Un séjour de rêve dans un très beau logement

La chambre est vraiment très propre, bien équipées et l'accueil est chaleureux. La salle pour prendre des repars est très appréciable.

La communication par message booking est peu reactive, mais un coup de téléphone est tout est plus fluide.

Great location surrounded by the mountains

Great location. Very clean and well organized. There was a kettle and a mini fridge in our room which we found very useful. The staff advised us on some hikes when we arrived which was nice :)

The wifi didn’t work in our room. There is a construction site beside the property which obstructed part of our view and was noisy. I don’t believe it obstructs views from all the rooms in the property however. The shower was amazing, however was a bit temperamental and sometimes there would be no hot water.

Superb

We had the room with the hamam. The steam bath was really pleasant, especially as the weather can be rainy this time of year. Our host was charming and spoke English. He also produces good rum we were able to taste. The terrace with view of Piton de Neige is a really nice place to be. There is a nice kitchen, shared for all the rooms in the building where you can cook. The whole building is very clean. The bed was large and comfortable.

Awesome place!

Everything was perfect, it is a beautiful house located centrally. The owner is very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and come back! Cilaos is a nice city as well.

Excellent stay at Villa Kazuera

We had an excellent stay at Villa Kazuera. Staff is excellent and gave us good hike recommendations. Kitchen area is good and it had everything you need to make breakfast or dinner. Additionally Jacuzzi was excellent after long hike! We also did laundry after the hikes and it was super fast!

No restaurant but good bakery 5mins from the hotel which opens 6am.

Great option!

The owner is super nice and welcoming and the room was big, lovely and comfortable. I slept with the window open for the nice cool breeze :-). There's a shared kitchen for cooking and a big fridge there, as well as a mini fridge in the room. Everything was great. Easy parking, nice view of the mountains, and easy walk into town/shops. The "spa" i think is just a jacuzzi. Didn't use it so I can't say anything about it!

Wonderful location, gracious hosts, clean rooms!

Very gracious and friendly hosts. The building/room is very clean and the terrace outside is great! The location is very central and a great spot if you want to do some hikes around Cilaos. In walking distance of a supermarket, bakery etc.

Some hand soap in the bathroom would be nice. Some more equipment in the kitchen would also be appreciated (olive oil, pepper/salt).

Walhalla for hikers

Very nice welcoming. Easy to find and very close to all the hikes. The landlord is redoing the place and I am sure the stay will be even more enjoyable as it was in the future.

No breakfast option, especially for hikers, a breakfast package would have been great.

Pleasant accommodation in an attractive tourist location.

The guest house is located about 10 minutes walk from the center of Cilaos. The town is nice, but the journey by car is quite difficult, I recommend traveling during the day. The guesthouse itself is very comfortable.

If you have a room on the ground floor, you may be disturbed in the morning by the sounds of the shared kitchen.

Highly recommended, thank you for the wonderful days in Cilaos

A very nice house with several terraces overlooking the mountains and also a very well equipped kitchen to share with the other guests. There are four rooms, we had the large one with another private balcony, additional own fridge and large shower including massage jets and steam bath function - very pleasant after a long day of hiking around Cilaos. There is also a nice little garden and a whirlpool (currently closed due to Corona). We liked it very much, also because the host is very nice and accommodating. We also found it very nice that there is so much space in the house where you can spend time together. Highly recommended, thank you for hosting us and the wonderful days in Cilaos. By the way: Some guests mentioned here that the "many rules are annoying". I mean, yes there are rules, but none that are not common sense. Quite normal rules of behaviour that every guest should take to heart when they are with other people. So nothing out of the ordinary.

FANTASTIC

The host was great!! He even helped me to park my car. The place was really clean and well located. I stayed in the most basic room and it was already fantastic, quite big. You also have access to the kitchen where you can find everything you need. The jacuzzy was excellent. I highly recommend this property!
