personally i would of loved a bin outside that i could put my rubbish in - instead off only the bin in my room (as i was there a week i purchased food for meals)

was disappointing that other customers didnt clean up after themselves in the kitchen area for breaksfast and was the same food every day for the seven days

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's in an industrial area but the market, drycleaners, 7Eleven and cafe are down the road and the shopping centre is a short drive away. Breakfast was easy self serve. Toiletries provided are hand wash and shower gel, toilet paper & towels. A kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar & milk are provided in the room and refrigerator.

Slightly brighter lighting in the bathroom (especially for makeup) and a double power point as an option in the bathroom (instead of using the one in the main room) for shaving, hair dryer/curling wands etc. An iron and board in the room would be good but the staff were very helpful and you can ask for one at reception during office hours.

Staff were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are basic but have everything you can need, and if not, the staff were more than happy to help out with requests. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. The breakfast spread they put on was just amazing. It was within walking distance to a service station and a fantastic restaurant with such good prices. Honestly, I couldn't complain about anything. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was very small. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room ( mind you, they wouldn't fit anyway.) It should NOT be called a Hotel

at night there was not enough lamp pose to illuminate the street, the hotel name is hardly seen with very little light.

The hotel is to far away from Fremantle if you don't have a car. By bus, you first need to walk 15 minutes and the bus goes only once every our.

Great breakfast with many choices.

The wash basin in the bathroom is so shallow that water would splash out easily and there should be enough hooks or racks on the bathroom walls.

Nice room but small, easy quick breaky. The guy at breakfast was lovely

Customer service wasn't the best. We seemed to be an inconvenience for the guy at check-in. Maybe our car wasn't fancy enough. They obviously have trailor parking right outside Reception but he tried to make us park in the back corner where we would have to disconnect the trailor and squeeze into some tiny spot under a low hanging tree. We ended up parking in the front anyways with no issues - no thanks to the guy
