Good budget hotel

Good bare bones hotel; self service washer and dryer which are super cheap and the hotel provides free soap and dryer sheets; free parking; clean; quiet; good location; staff spoke good enough English; breakfast was continental style but you could cook your own eggs on provided pans.

Bathroom sink, toilet and shower (no shower curtain) are together in one small room so floor gets wet when showering; wash your own dishes after breakfast; not enough tables and chairs for breakfast; and rooms don’t have a coffee machine.

Es un edificio nuevo, las instalaciones son recientes. Es un hotel moderno y las habitaciones son cómodas. El baño tiene ducha abierta, tienes que ser un poco cuidadoso. Lo mejor es la amabilidad del personal, aunque su inglés es muy limitado se preocupan al máximo para que tu estancia sea la mejor posible. En la zona de la entrada hay un espacio con juegos de mesa y máquina de videojuegos gratis. Puedes pedir comida a domicilio o comprarla en la tienda de conveniencia y consumirla en la zona de comedor. Ubicado al lado de la estación de autobuses y de la zona comercial. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Central location. Clean. But no proper bath towels and self cleaning utensils after Bkfst is bummer.

Close to bus station so we could walk there. As of our travel it seemed a newish hotel. The lobby and the rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. Having washer/dryer for common use was a big benefit as we were on road for long time. Breakfast is decent.

They don't provide proper bath towels (only hand towels with which one is supposed to wipe ourselves). The bathroom also didn't have hooks/bars to hang clothes etc. The room size is just about enough (basically you come to just rest for the night). The staff is young and not well informed (when we asked for options to eat). Yes English is an issue but if they want to attract more foreign tourist staff needs to be better informed (keep handy prints out with recommendations if english is an issue). Another thing is one is supposed to clean their utensils after breakfast. everyone's level is different and some just basically rinsed it - so if reused it is bit of problem from hygiene perspective.

Great location, friendly staff, clean.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of offerings, including eggs, which you could cook for yourself and fresh fruit. Staff was very kind and helpful. There is a free laundry room on the first floor.

modern, convenient - but loud boiler and hair in room.

The mini hotel is conveniently located in Gyeongju in a short walking distance to the intercity bus stop and with walkable access to the historic areas. Nearby you can find various convenience stores, there is even a self-service laundry center closeby in the same area, which tourists often use to wash their clothes and shoes. The lady at the reception was very friendly, helpful and spoke also good english. The building is modern. The beds are a bit more western style (a bit taller) and the room is well equipped with refridgerator, desk etc.. The bathroom is a separate room with open shower and small korean-style towels.

The room contained a small chamber with a noisy aparatus with seems to heat everything a bit up, although it was already quite warm outside. I assume it is a boiler? For me the sound was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, that could be a problem. The room was not cleaned perfectly. There was trash from a previous tenant under one bed and I found long black hair (I don't have that long hair) in various locations.

La cama era cómoda, café en el lobby, la habitación estaba caliente ( es invierno)

No nos dieron la opción de tener un desayuno para llevar o desayunar antes de la hora del desayuno, ya que marchábamos temprano, y perdimos el desayuno de ese día, faltaban algunos accesorios para la estancia como cepillo de dientes, albornoz, etc

Ideal para la estancia en Gyeongju

El alojamiento era muy agradable y las habitaciones, para lo que había visto en Seúl, muy grandes y con ducha separada del baño! Tiene un espacio común en la entrada donde puedes comer o cenar y usar su material (que también estaba cuidado y limpio). Ofrecen un desayuno básico, pero ideal para arrancar con algo en el estómago.

La persona que atendía en recepción apenas habla inglés. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y por la noche hay algo de ruido (dependiendo de lo que suceda en la calle, puede ser más o menos intenso).

Très bon hôtel pour visiter Gyeongju

Très bien situé, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner sympathique car en libre service (jusqu’à la cuisson des œufs et la vaisselle à nettoyer).

Salle de bain inondée après une douche, mais ça a l’air d’être assez commun en Corée du Sud, ce type de salle de douche.

Großes Zimmer, saubere Dusche/Toilette, gute Lage (in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs), Möglichkeit mit PKW direkt vor Hotel zu parken, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Zum Frühstück standen::Tee, Milch, Orangensaft, Toast, Butter, Marmelade und Eier zur Verfügung.

Kein Stuhl, keine Sitzgelegenheit (außer Bett), kein Regal (nur drei Bügel an Haken über Schreibtisch)

Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Lage sehr nah am Busbahnhof. Es ist natürlich preislich sehr günstig. Man bekommt Einzelzimmer zum Hostelpreis. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss einen Gemeinschaftsraum, dort wird das Frühstück serviert. Aufbewahrung von Gepäck vor und nach dem Check In/Out problemlos möglich.

Es war leider nicht wirklich sauber, überall waren noch Haare. Deswegen konnten wir uns nicht so gut wohlfühlen. Würde beim nächsten Mal lieber etwas mehr Geld investieren und dafür mehr Sauberkeit bekommen. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr sehr basal.

I would definitely come back whenever I'm in Gyeongju

I loved the convivial space that this hotel created. The collective self-service breakfast was a good opportunity to meet people from different countries. Also, the room was very comfortable and clean. They change the towels and empty the bins every day, very discretely without touching any of your belongings. I also loved the shower. It's very spacious and clean. As for the staff, they were truly helpful and friendly. They understand English well and are always available for any need. They kept my luggage safely after checking out and were there when I came to take them.

This is more of a notice for future guests instead of a negative comment. Please keep in mind that the corridors between the rooms have no isolation for sound, so everything can be heard from all the rooms and vice versa. Some guests are unfortunately loud while coming back to or leaving their rooms, so you might hear noises at night or early morning. Since I saw some comments complaining about the breakfast, keep in mind that this is a free breakfast offered by the facility and it's very basic.

L’hôte était accueillante et adorable. La guest house est propre et chaleureuse, elle est bien située proche de Gyeongju Express Bus Terminal. Il y’a des restaurants sympas à côté et les sites touristiques ne sont pas loins. À refaire !

Està molt cèntric, es pot anar caminant fins als punts turístics més destacables i sinó, molt a prop hi ha les parades d’autobus. A menys de 2 minuts caminant hi ha una bugaderia, 2,5kg de roba per 10000W, molt amables també. Llits confortables. No parlen anglès, però es fan entendre perfectament. Molt bona relació qualitat-preu.

No hi ha llençols, t’has de tapar amb la flassada i de tacte no és agradable, no és el primer cop que ho vivim això a Korea, però em desagrada. Per la resta, repetiria sense cap mena de dubte.

El desayuno pésimo y no te informan que es autoservicio y que tienes que lavar los platos y cubiertos. La televisión no funcionaba. Las toallas muy pequeñas. La ubicación mala por estar rodeada de hoteles love. Trato pésimo del personal, poco amables y poco respetuosos. Da la sensación que no le gustan los extranjeros.

Great place to stay

Good size room and clean with comfy beds. Good location too and easy to get to bus stops and restaurants nearby. There is an open seating area by reception that is free to use any time for eating or having a sit down. Breakfast is included and is self serve toast, cereal, juice, eggs. The cold water dispenser was very welcome to top up a bottle each day.

There was a water pipe, possibly from the air con unit, that dripped water onto the toilet floor so it was always wet there.

Great place to stay in Gyeongju

Rooms are clean, towels changed daily. Free basic breakfast, just make your own fried eggs. There is unlimited coffee, milk, juice, bread, cereal and eggs. Super friendly staff. The Ajumma even printed our KTX ticket for free. There are a lot of places to eat, convinence stores nearby and city tourist info site. There is a big grocery about 5 minute walk from the place.

The location is a bit a walk from the Gyeongju express bus terminal. Small sized towels. No toothbrush but they provide toothpaste.
