Ça fait le taff. La gérante cuisine très bien.

Je pense qu’il faudrait revoir le sanitaire … Sinon correct pour le prix.

J’y reviendrai

Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse. Toujours prêt à nous aider à nous conseiller. Les logements sont propres. Les parties communes sont propres et être au milieu des animaux est un vrai plus à la détente.

Le propriétaire n’est pas très agréable, contrairement à son personnel, un peu loin du centre, il faut obligatoirement un scooter pour se déplacer

Très bon rapport qualité prix je recommande

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les hôtes, la chambre était propre et confortable. Ils nous ont quand même acceptés alors que nous étions arrivés plus tard que la limite du Check in

C’est plutôt bruyant, entre les animaux et les voisins souvent très proches. Prenez des bouchons d’oreilles.

BED BUGS BE AWERE AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER

BAD BUGS BE AWARE AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER! in my first night at bamboo house after only 3 hours of sleep I woke up and found all my arms and hands full of scratchy bites, in the beginning I thought about mosquitoes bites but I felt right away that was something else because usually I handle mosquitoes bite really good, in my second day I asked for a mosquitoes net and they just give it to my in a beg and had to set it up my self (really professional). I went to sleep and same thing, after only 3/4 hours of sleep I woke up again in the middle of the night whit my legs and all my back full of bites, after that I start looking for bad bags, I found 1 on my pillow and few more on the mattress so I went right away to speak whit the owner. when she woke up I explain the situation and show her all the bites but she was not worried about me at all, first thing she asked me was “ do you have pictures? no? then is not true”. I ask for a refund but she refused to give me my money back, then I call the police and when the police show up and took pictures of all my bites also the police told her to give me my money back but she refused also in front of the police keep saying that I was lying and all that bites where from sunflys or jellyfish, but that’s impossible because I had no bites before going to bed. then I asked her to at least give me the money of my last night, that of course I didn’t spent there (because I payed for 3 nights whit booking and only spent 2 there) and she refused also to give me the money of the last night keeping saying that I should contact booking and ask my money back to them, that is exactly what I did but booking did not refund me anything (I was expecting that) because the property didn’t agree to give me a refund, she keep saying also to booking customer service that I was lying and I made everything up.

Nice place

Nice place, it feels like an Ecolodge. Good for the price. It has its own restaurant. Friendly staff. They helped us to arrange the tours.

The location isn't in the center so you need to rent a scooter to move around.

I wouldn't recommend tbh

Garden was lovely. All the animals around were cute. Toilets were cleaned every day.

Closer to the white beach (30min walk) but not the town. 1 hour walk from any food etc... restaurant was abit more expensive and food wasn't the best. Staff needed to be way more helpful with information. Guy said he spoke no English but knew fluent when there was a problem! Mouldy mattresses in the rooms (we tried 2 rooms) very thin and uncomfortable and very small space. Even the queen seemed like a budget room then the budget was a mattress with 30cm space - literally. You have to pay for water but it gives you maybe 200ml so it doesn't even fill a bottle. You have to pay for cups too! Plus family's stay there so there was squealing children running around! Not ideal for us! Looks very nice with the garden but I wouldn't recommend to a traveller.

Very good

The setting was magical, the staff was helpful, and having a real cup of coffee in the morning was a treat. Would definitely recommend to anyone not traveling for work. It's a good place to settle in and unwind and would be great with kids thanks to the relative quiet (a rare thing in the Philippines!) and the various animals.

I am working remotely and the internet was fairly spotty when it was on at all. I would not recommend staying here if you need to get things done! It is also far away from town, which wasn't an issue for us but is good to be aware of.

Fabulous stay

The setting here is just bliss, so pretty. Lots of bunnies hopping around we loved it! The rooms are simple but perfect for a lovely stay in Moalboal. They also have food which is great and Bike rental. It is very close to white beach which is great. Owners were so kind and helpful during our stay and helped us in any way possible. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

great animal garden, perfect for kids

amazing garden with rabbits, cats, small dogs, big birds cage. sitting on the terrace seeing them hopping around your bamboo house is fantastic. location a big off, but near the beach, just rent a scooter. Nice old German owner and his family.

well it’s simple bamboo houses, if u like luxury it might not be for you.

I like its nature feel inside and its quiet outside..and perfect for our couple getaway.

What I don't like is room is not that spacious they should like extend it a little bit.
