Exceptional service

We loved everything about the guesthouse. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful, the food at the restaurant was delicious. The guesthouse and restaurant staff were amazing. We would visit again.

The amazing and accommodating receptionist. 10 out of 10. Overall service of all the staff was friendly and always willing to assist. Accommodation was tops and very clean, brilliant views and distance to the beaches was 2 mins away. 5 minutes drive into town and Meer En See town.

Tranquil in Richards Bay

Clean. Centrally located. Effective communication, beautiful view.

The lodging has a lot of monkeys around, making it a challenge to open up the sliding door when in the room.

Sensational.

The room was great quality, luxurious and ultra private even better than the photos uploaded online. They don’t do it any justice.

Not much of a problem but the shower didn’t even any closure or door.

I paid a 38m2. They gave me a 24m2. I have photo to prove it. This is 37% over sakes. Liars. Liars. Tricky. Tricky. Tricky Never again. There is better choice in Richardsbay. Ohh and it is also very noisy.
