Family Frame apartment was just perfect for our winter ski holiday. It is spacious (for 5 guests), really well equipped and scrupulously clean and tidy. Situated right besides the bus stop, it has great access to the transport network.
Nobody in our group found anything lacking with the apartment.

Lovely warm unit, excellent facilities and perfect for self catering. Great linkages with local transport to explore the surrounding valley and plateaus - once we understood the relative location of everything & how the buses interlinked with the trains - Swiss efficiency at its best! Local supermarket caters for all your needs and was not as expensive as expected.
A bus timetable supplied prior to arrival would have aided us (& then we would have known we could just get on the local bus as long as we had the fare available)which would have prevented an initial long walk with heavy suitcases. (No one was around to help and the only taxi driver told us it was "such a long way" when it was a long walk with cases and a partially disabled traveller and a five minute or less taxi ride! - not the owners fault I recognise!!).

the house is excellent and extremely clean. Besides, the view from the balcony is like in paradise. It was lovely being there.
The only thing was the check out too early. Having children it is extremely difficult to be ready in time and enjoy your coffee and breakfast without rush.

Location was wonderful - an easy walk into town through the campsite or a quick bus ride. The views and sounds from the balcony of the waterfalls were so relaxing. The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and had a great bathtub for the kids. Lauterbrunnen is absolutely stunning!

Great location with the really nice view. Excellent host, when we need extra towels, they quickly react and support us. Everything what you need for cooking is there. Also a lot games for kids and puzzles. Appartement was big and clean, we really enjoyed our stay here!!!

Appartment is located nearly at the edge of Lauterbrunnen, surrounded by other appartment houses in the calm area with wonderfull view on moutains and waterfalls. It is really easy to get to center of the town as well as to walking trails around valley. There is minigolf and tennis court 2 min walk from the house, also nice children playground and one of the biggest waterfalls in the valley not longer than 10 min walk from appartment.
Appartment it self is so spacious, nicely furnished, clean and cosy. I was surprised by opportunity to use washing and drying mashine, also kitchen was equipped with many basic cooking ingrediences, so you do not need to buy 1/2 kilo of solt, suggar or liter of oil. For mother of 3 it is very nice touch :-)
Communication about arriving and staying at the appartment was great, with quick reactions and detailed infos.
Whole experience was so great that we prolonged our stay for another week.

Easy to get to, perfect to leave the car and spend the time travelling around by public transportation (easier and cheaper!). The place is really comfortable, especially the huge master bed (I've never slept so well away from home), tasteful and cosy. All facilities you can imagine you'd need are there, and more (variety of kitchen utensils and detergents, plus spices and some basic grocery is already there; numerous board games, playstation, books, charging stations etc.; laundry room and ski storage; free parking). Water pressure is great, as 2+2 family the hot water tank has never run out on us. Shutters and blackout curtains allow for a great rest and privacy. It's a quiet, peaceful place for families such as ours, most definitely not a party destination. The workbook is thoughtfully prepared so that virtually any answer you may be looking for is already there; on top of that, Juliet was extremely helpful as a host.
Remember to bring Swiss power adapters with you. Be careful with Swiss garbage recycling rules, it takes a moment to adapt when you come from a country with a different system. If you like your ski boots warm, bring the warmers with you (there are only wooden shelves in storage room, no heated racks). If I was pushed to find something I didn't like, it would be too little wardrobe space in extra bedrooms (the master bedroom has plenty), and lack of espresso machine (you get the filter coffee maker and the moka pot) - but it's just being picky, as the whole stay was perfect.

This apartment gives a nice and cozy feeling, as if you are arriving home. There are all the things necessary for cooking (even a fondue set and raclette machine) and enjoying a long stay (ski-room, washing, vacuum cleaning).

The cleanliness of the place and the complete kitchen utensils, including a raclette grill and fondue set. The owner also provide coffee, sugar, tea, salt and many other spices. It was really a good experience.
